Im a brown skin woman i walked in to get my 3 year old sleeve folded in a shirt and she refused to help. Mind you i don’t need to cut the sleeve just fold it in and add a seam so in the future he can wear it as he grows.
I told her i wouldn’t need it for 3 weeks. She continued to tell me no. A White man walked in to get his pants hem and she gladly helped him and started measuring his pants.

Excellent service. I have an unusual body type. Large neck and long torso. But not heavy.
She routinely reduces the sleeve length and tightens the upper torso of my shirts. Even trust her with my very expensive wool dress shirts.
Most of the complaints here are about spending more money than the clothing costs. You buy cheap clothes you get cheap results.

I had 4 pairs of pants hemmed at this establishment at $15/per. On two of the pants, the hem came out while I was traveling on business. I took one of these pants back to Cecilia and her husband replaced the faulty hem in literally 5 minutes; which did not give me a good feeling as to the quality of work. And guess what? The next time I wore the pants the repaired hem failed. Bottom line, the workmanship at this alteration shop is bad. I am not sure why - maybe cheap thread, poor equipment, etc?? What I can say is, I have been traveling for business for 25 years and never had a pants hem fail on the road.

Fantastic! Needed a zipper added to a pullover sweatshirt to make it easier to get on & off when I have a hot? flash! Once those things hit (girls you can relate) I’m ripping the sweatshirt, sweater, whatever off!!!! ?Then I’m freezing a minute later. Lol Cecilia was friendly, and the result made me very happy. ?Location is easy to find and visible from Hwy 27 in the Publix Plaza. Service was great she’s was done in a timely fashion. Highly recommended?

Altered 5 pants for a total of $175. Very expensive as I had it done for $60 before. The work looks good but at $35 a pants it's very expensive. Hopefully they hold up as I won't be able to paid that price again.

Poor quality of work and the lady there is extremely rude. I brought four dresses in to be shortened and she did not make them short enough. When I pointed it out to her, she wanted to recharge me to shorten them even more, when it should’ve been done correctly the first time. They were maxi dresses, so I just needed them hemmed to where they would hit the floor without me stepping on it, and when I tried them on after the alterations, they were obviously so long as if no work out even been done on them yet. Awful customer service.

Purchased a personalized sweatshirt from a small business. There was a small rip on the side, so I decided to get it tailored. The lady at the counter suggested that I should lose weight (I'm a size large). Then she said that if she hemmed the rip it would look ugly. After I explained what I wanted to get done, she repeatedly said it would look ugly.
Decided to go to OXXO and they were very helpful and were able to get it tailored.

They were very kind, great price, and willing to work with me on my first suit on day 1. I even brought a pair of pants that was tore and instead of taking my money, she explained how the tore area will keep happening and I appreciated their honesty. I have brought a total 10 suits, 11 casual pants, and will continue to bring them my business for a great job! Great service overall, highly recommend!!
