I have done business with this company for 20 years and recommend them very highly. An excellent furniture store, from their customer service to the well-made furniture they sell. Local small business that is worthy of the community support.

i walked in looking for a couch for my bedroom and he started cussing me out and threatening to call the cops on me and all i did was walk in trying to find a couch for my bedroom at home

I bought a chair from them, which was nice and there was nothing wrong with it, but in the end, it wasn't a good match for me. I wanted to return it but they don't do refunds and they won't answer e-mails, which is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and instead; shop at IKEA, at least you can refund items.

Thank you Ron for making our buying experience easy! Maurice picked up our old mattress and box springs and rocking chair, and Jeremy and Brandy delivered our new ones the same day. It was just perfect for my elderly parents. Everyone was very polite and conscientious. We have purchased rocker recliners from you in the past, and it’s nice to see that you’re still selling quality. Keep up the great service.

I shopped around for a while before making a purchase. I decided to purchase some furniture items from Clermont Furniture because they had a few specific pieces in stock that I wanted. Their customer service was okay and they delivered on the same day. That was months ago. I really like the pieces of furniture that I purchased from them. The items are made with good quality materials. I recommend this place.

Walked in and was ignored by Ron (owner) who was busy talking up some lady, sat down and patiently waited to be acknowledged. I got restless and walked up to him because at that point I noticed they weren't doing business. He comes up to me saying "sorry how can I help you" I asked him if he usually waits this long to acknowledge customers, he said "no that's my fault" . At that point I didn't feel right spending my hard earned money took my business elsewhere.

Worst place to buy your furniture!!! Please avoid unless you want to be harassed and not get the right furniture. If you can get your furniture from another place do so this place is not worth your time. The selection of furniture is so limited but in a rush to get a bed we bought it. The rating is low because the service is terrible. The owner is very unprofessional, rude and careless and so are his employees. We paid for delivery and set up, they sent the wrong furniture and then had an attitude that I wanted what I paid for. They carried the right one and didn't set it up!!!! And finally when we asked for them to come and set up the bed (which is the service I paid for) he had the audacity to say how many times do we want him to come here. He then called my phone and was going back and forth with my husband belittling and disrespecting him!!! Run if you can!!!

My wife ordered a King size bed frame and scheduled for it to be delivered to our residence. On the first attempt, they delivered the wrong bed frame and caught an attitude when they needed to return and re-deliver. The second time, I was there to receive the delivery but I was unaware that the transaction included construction and delivery. The delivery guys came, I received the frame and informed them to leave the pieces in the garage as my wife was sleeping. They didn't say anything about putting together the frame as they hastily made their way back to the truck to leave. This is not the driver's first time making a delivery and know what it entails and failed to inform me of the situation. The Owner, Ron, then decided to argue with my wife regarding the charges, and the drivers, having done this job more than once, decided to take no accountability. Ron stated that he doesn't need to discuss what was involved and that he and his drivers are right because they "attempted" a delivery. When I tried to speak with Ron to figure out how he conducts business, he spoke over me and was extremely unprofessional and did not want to even attempt to understand where I was coming from or the situation as a whole. Had I known the construction was included in the charge, I would've woken up my wife to have them fulfill the service. It's safe to say that this is the last thing I will ever purchase from this facility as this is not how business should be conducted.
