I got my pedi and mani done. The lady who did my pedicure good. But my manicure….i sat there for two hours (hard gel) and they are so bad. I’m honestly upset. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I went two different times to give them a chance. Each time it’s been a bad experience.

Not very happy with my pedicure and manicure! I asked for regular nail polish and showed them a specific color BUT THEY HANDED ME GEL NAIL POLISH SAMPLES….THE NAIL TECH GUESS A SIMILAR COLOR AND IT WAS INCORRECT. I even showed the nail tech and front desk receptionist after service that the nail color is not the same and he apologized for the inconvenience but didn’t different offer to change it… techniques are very outdated. I still had nail polish on my fingers. ( I randomly asked a sales associate in the plaza if my nails look neat and she said no kindly! lol I ended up going to Cocoon nails and had a much better outcome.….I wouldn’t GO BACK TO Bliss and Kobe nail salon.

When I arrived to my appointment I asked if I could get a women to do my toes and the receptionist said yes no problem. Then when I was called to take a seat the lady was laughing with her coworkers and proceeded to ask oh you like girl no boy ? I was mortified. So unprofessional! I said excuse me? Are you asking if I perfer a woman or a man to do my toes?.. anyway they continued to laugh. I left and will never give them my business again.

went to get my nails fixed (a previous nail salons work) & Eric did a great job making them the way I wanted. Very polite & helpful. I will definitely be back!
