Waisted my dam time for 20 minutes only one blonde lady working the counter for an elderly woman who kept causing a scene & continued to re scan her items 3 times & she had like 15 items this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

I called to fill prescription and automotive system Said it has been approved by the doctors and they are working on it and tried to speak to a live person the automativesystem wouldn'tlet me. I get to the pharmacy they said it still pending doctor approval. I tried to show Teresa the automative system and she was very rude and wouldn't let me show here. This isn't ok! This is medication not food or merchandise. The automative system should either be shut off or provide true information not false information. Walmart has my prescription and when I called they were still opened to transfer but of course cvs auto system wouldn't allow Me to refill saying already in the works

Clean store, well stocked. Love the hours, but I went in for a prescription and was told “one hour”. Two hours later and I’m being told it’ll be AT LEAST 30 minutes more.
Quote a realistic time and I’ll be back when it’s going to be ready. I’ll never use this pharmacy again.

This 24-hour pharmacy saved me twice when my son had RSV and needed meds late at night after urgent care visits. They got the Rx’s filled quickly

Should be ZERO terrible people that look like crackheads working there. Prescription laying on the floor. Spoke to the pharmacist and seems like a nice person but he does not know how to manage or hire people. People wait around because nothing was ready I am more worried about getting the wrong stuff due to the place looking like a junk shop. Now I see why CVS is in trouble.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Six hours and counting waiting for a prescription. I have been there twice, waited in long lines each time to be told not ready. Now will have to go back a third time. Management, was no where to be found. If short staff (but didn’t look like it) place a sign apologizing for the wait, not be told, if you don’t like it go some where else. The employees here don’t understand service and that starts with management. Neither management nor employees care. I would boycott CVS but my employer insists on using them. The store manager should be fired and maybe then employees might be taught to care. Obviously the C in CVS doesn’t stand for Caring or Customer. This is the one next to Taco Bell on Rt 50.

Terrible service! If I could give zero stars, I would. My prescription for blood pressure medication was dropped off at 10:30 this morning and the pharmacist told me it would be ready by the afternoon. Here it is 5:30 pm and it still hasn't been filled. She seemed like she just didn't care. Inexcusable!

Horrible experience at this pharmacy. After waiting in a long line Teresa greeted me with a scoff when I said I came in to pick up my prescription that was sent about 30 minutes ago and said that’s not going to be ready in a sarcastic tone. She then told me to go to the drop off (thankfully had no line) I went there and the gentleman was helpful and told me he will get it finished in about 5 minutes. I then had to wait in a long line again. I understand this is a 24 hour pharmacy and this takes time but being kind while delivery bad news goes a long way. Being rude and unhappy does not get you very far. I’ve never have had this bad of an experience before.

Walked in today October 28th to get a flu shot. Nobody waiting at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist was very rude he was a young guy with glasses black hair says he cannot give flu shots on a walk-in basis. You have to make an appointment yet. I'm getting text messages from CVS to say come walk in and get your flu shot. Obviously that's false. I get my flu shot there every year with just walking in usually no problem. Instead I went to Publix. I was in and out in less than 6 minutes with my shot. I don't know why I waste my time going to CVS anymore. And now I'm reading all the reviews. I think this pharmacist needs to be fired immediately

The worst and most unprofessional pharmacy I've been to. I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy including being lied to, not being updated on my medication status, the phone not being answered. I no longer have insurance so I had a question about using a coupon. The worker that was helping was very nice but was not sure about my question so he asked another worker my question. He either didn't know the answer or didn't hear the answer but he tried to whisper in front of me and his response was "just tell him no." This will be my last time using this pharmacy.
