This Pharmacy is Horrible , I have a family member in a Home near them ,and they always want scripts refilled here for the Family member. They never have it ready, They will not answer the phone . Very unpleasant when you approach them . Also with the Spike in Covid rising again they funnel all the people into a small area to wait for there drugs . I suggest Go to Publix across the street

Worst pharmacy ever. My daughter's dad's pharmacy closed right at 7:00 and my daughter needed medicine from being ill. I went to pick it up since it was resent by the dr to this location. The guy seemed beyond lazy he said they couldn't do it because it would be out of pocket then I said fine how much is it exactly then he said around $80 for one. I said okay maybe I'll get it (she needs it to help her feel better) he said oh it will be at least an hour so it is better for it to be transferred and we can fill it tonight and it can be ready in the morning when the script is canceled so you can just pay the copay. I work all day and only get a short window to pick up the script tomorrow so if the trip takes more than 5 minutes I'll right another review.

horrible ,,,, I waited in drive thru 60 min to get a prescripti while my mother who just had surgery was home alone. There was 5 vehicles in front of me when I arrived. this has always been a problem. I am done with CVS. All the lady could do was just shake her head when I said something. I'm going to Publix from now on.

Very poor service. The pharmacy is also closed for lunch every day for some reason, I'm sure it's a cost savings measure, but it's incredibly inconvenient.

Worst pharmacy ever. And they just don't care. Tried providing feedback on extreme waiting times and they just don't care to listen but instead want to be defensive and give you ten excuses. They do not own their shortcomings and are literally the worse when in comes to service in Clermont. Need to change pharmacy ASAP. Do NOT go there.

Rating for the pharmacy I would give less if I could. Went there a bit early to pick up my prescriptions, they weren't ready so I left, only to get a phone call an hour later asking me to update my insurance even though my wife and kids all get their prescriptions through the same CVS. On hold for 10 mins so I decide to drive over to give them my info but they only did 2 of my 3 prescriptions because my 60 pill 250mg prescription for Naproxen is available over the counter as Aleve they decided against filling it. Then I saw that 24 220mg pills of Aleve is $7+ tax I pushed back and they filled the prescription an hour later for $1.10 for those 60 pills. They tried to not give me the option and instead tried to push me to something at 10x the cost. What a terrible way to treat customers.

Another pharmacy couldn’t fill my prescription tonight. So I went here. It was a hassle. 15 miles away from the other pharmacy. And the other pharmacy provided the wrong address so it was hard to find this one. And I was told by one of the pharmacists here it couldn’t be filled today. But Ronald saved me and filled it. I love this pharmacy!

Caremarks billing process is atrocious but after 3 trips to CVS to get a script filled and 2 phone calls to corp Kayla and Frank were able to fix my issues with billing. I don’t blame them but their billing system is antiquated and stressful. Thank you Kayla and Frank for your service even when I almost lost my cool and became a Karen you kept your professionalism and courtesy. Thank you

Terrible pharmacy. You call them they don’t answer. You show up and there’s customers everywhere. No one behind that counter seems to know what they are doing. For a pharmacy that is open 24/7 in my case a Sunday night due to an emergency you would think they would be more organized. Instead they are slow like sloths and really don’t care. I would never ever use this location after last night. One lady told me she would expedite my order since I was waiting for long then check back in 5 min .. checked bank after 10 still nothing but a pathetic attitude from her.

Easter Sunday 4/04/2021! I stopped at CVS early this morning around 4 am to get some household items. As I arrived to the CVS I seen Carlos walking to his car which is a old Toyota Camry. I went in & shopped. I went to my car to get my coupon that I left and I then seen Carlos using a cordless blower & blowing the side of the CVS building. I went back in and finished checking out. When I got back to my car it was debris all over the hood & windshield of my car! I went back into the store & found Carlos. I told Carlos what he did. Carlos said give me 2 seconds & I did! Carlos went & got the blower and the blower was dead. Carlos got fresh with me and Carlos asked me where did I work at! Carlos was acting creepy! Carlos told me that he was not going to wash my car! I told Carlos I never asked you to wash my car. I asked Carlos if he could charge the blower up for about 5 minutes so he could blow my car off! Carlos told me to leave the store! I walked back in & got Ashley who originally helped me! Ashley apologize on Carlos behalf & said she'll blow my car off after she seen my car! Guess what Carlos still never charged the blower up so she couldn't help me! Ashley told me that she'll let upper management know I told her that I'll call upper management as well! Neither CVS associate had in badges on their shirt so I took a photo of Carlos to have for management and my review. When I took the photo of Carlos he walked up on me aggressively and told me take another picture & see I what I do and he repeated himself! Ashley told Carlos to stop & he ignored her! I called 911 Ashley waited outside with me when I asked & then when officers arrived she asked the Clermont Police to tress-pass me! I was trespass with no paperwork giving to me! I was trespass from a store that I trade with because a store associate decided to blow debris on my car and threaten me! As the hours moved on I was still there with the officers. Another store associate that came on shift by the name of Matt or Nick asked what happen even though Ashley had already informed him! I tried explaining which I never got a chance to finish because he told me to delete the photos of his associate with him watching! If I did he will speak to upper management about getting the tress pass dropped. He asked the officers if it was illegal for me to take a photo of his coworker! The officers said no not in the state of Florida! The store associate told me that he was going to offer me a car wash but since I refused to delete the photos never-mind I never refused to delete the photos but he wanted a trade off basically! So he intimidated me and use a scare tactic by telling me that he'll get my information and take civil action if I wrote or posted a public review! Good reviews are okay but not horrible reviews! Mind you Google ask you to share your experience! So I'm sharing my experience! Oh the guy that wanted me to do the trade for the photos in return of dropping the trespass name was either Nick or Matt! I'm not sure because no one seems to wear their badges at this location! Oh and I'm not sure if I mentioned but Ashley & Carlos are both managers also but Ashley was in charge! I can't believe this is what CVS hires as managers! This is the most raciest CVS ever! CVS makes their money off of consumers like me that spend money in their store! No customers mean no work! Customer Service isn't what it use to be! I've seen the videos on YouTube about CVS mistreating customers! I never thought I would have to experience it but I did! I called and reported the incident to 1-800-SHOP CVS! I hope my issue is resolved! I can't believe Carlos wanted to beat me up; I'm a woman! CVS hires the wrong people! It's some good employees there I must say but there are some bad employees at CVS that out way the good ones!

I was walking around waiting on a script and a shelf stocker Rudely yelled at me loud enough for the whole store to hear " excuse me sir do you need help" !!! I said nope I'm bored waiting for a script, he stared at me till I made my way back to the pharmacy. I normally wouldn't be upset but his volume, tone and his all-around body language was uncalled for on Christmas Eve of all days.
