Purchased team socks, my son tried them on at home and they were too small. Tried to return them the next day and was told they were too worn. Never took them outside or even put them in shoes.

This location is not Veterans friendly, no military discount. Other locations do, so whoever in charge here couldn’t care less about veterans. Seems pretty un-American.

I was just verbally abused by a store manager named Susan and then laughed with a rude remark made by her and an associate ( w/m young with long hair curly and brownish) as I left the store. I will never return to this store again if this woman or associate is there. I went in to use my reward and with not wanting anything in particular came across headbands that were on clearance. I located a black one that was perfect - the clearance price is 14. I went to check out then told I owed more than anticipated.. I told the CSM who was very nice and pleasant that the price should have been 14 as it was in the clearance section. The CSM said no problem, I will call someone to look for you… a woman came over the microphone and said there are just hats no headbands - I said I would walk back and show her… the woman that was rude cut me off and said one of you guys must of moved them here, as there are not on clearance. I said excuse what do you mean by one of you guys.. I said I came here saw it and thought that would be perfect - she said that’s the kids sections you need to shop in woman’s. At this point - I don’t need to explain to her that I have a daughter that I was buying for. I walked away from her and she kept yelling at me following me to the register. Then in front of people kept on- I asked the CSM for a manager and she said she is one, taken back - I asked for someone else… at that point another person said she has done this before and this is not the first time. Another manager named James came over and apologized and gave me the correct price. I told him thank you and the CSM thank you and went to leave. Susan - the manager was then up front making snide remarks as I was leaving the store with another associate. I do not appreciate the rudeness or being berated in front of others and told how to read things. Very disappointing experience-

Staff overall was very helpful but just wanted to recognize Melina for making my experience very pleasant. I came in to exchange a sliding mitt for a different size that my son got for Christmas. However, I didn’t have the receipt. Being a retail GM myself, I’m ashamed to say that I wasn’t prepared on my end to make their life any easier. Melina made the process less stressful and made sure to accommodate in any way she could. Very understanding and very nice! Thank you again!

This place is over priced and has a terrible return policy. I tried to return a Christmas present for a store credit and was told that since i didn't have the receipt, he would give me $8 back on a $50 shirt. Ridiculous! Next call will be the bank to cancel this useless new credit card. No wonder this place is always slow. Smh

Daniel was a great help! I was returning an item today and one of the cashiers was rude and said I couldn’t return my item. When I talked to Daniel he was super helpful and considerate. He even helped me with picking out a better product. Thank you Daniel for your help.

Amazing attention from the staff members. They have a lot of clothing and etc… I recommend visiting the store.
