I've been going to Clermont Medical Center for 37 yrs. I have always gotten excellent service and referrals. What I like best, is they generally keep a few open slots for morning emergencies. I have never been denied an AM emergency appointment. Their portal is easy to use, and tests recorded in a timely manner. Dr. Gary Winfrey is my doctor, but I generally see Shaunna Cook.

I'm not sure what your hiring process is these days, but I'll no longer be coming to this doctors office. Don't get me wrong, I love this place but that clown lady you have working at the front desk with the sharpie eyebrows has a massive attitude problem. She thinks she owns the place! Every time I'm in there I over hear her yelling about patients and saying nasty rude things as soon as someone walks away. Please clean up your nasty staff at check in

Horrible staff. Does not think seeing double vision out of nowhere is an emergency, and will not ieven check with the doctor to confirm if patient should be seen by the doctor right away. Outrageous, dangerous and unprofessional conduct by the staff.

Terrible, dirty and disgusting attitude from receptionist LISA. Did not get seen by NP because they hey were running an hour behind. If you want a good quality customer service and clean establishment, this is NOT your place.

Doctors don't follow up and inform you of any medical issues or test results. The doctor didn't even look at me for the entire visit even after I expressed issues and sent me home. The staff talks about a lot at the desk including everyone who passes the desk so loud that you hear everything. The team makes in front of the patients after they head to the back to see the nurse. I will never go back.

Clermont Medical Center is the BEST!!! My husband and I have been going to Clermont Medical Center for 20 years. We think the office staff does a wonderful job. They are always friendly and helpful. If we have an emergency they somehow manage to get us in to see a doctor. We've been patients of several of the doctors but for the past 4 years or so we have been patients of Shaunagh Cook, FNP-C. Shaunagh is outstanding. She is up to date. Shaunagh always takes the time to listen to our concerns. She has helped my husband with his diabetes so much - he is in a lot better shape because of Shaunagh. When I had a reaction to the Moderno shot and Urgent Care had no clue how to help me - Shaunagh did research and found an answer. Thank you Shaunagh, doctors, nurses, office staff you are doing a great job!!!

My boyfriend is struggling with his mental health and she recommended he sees a therapist. He didn't do this as his family's insurance is being switched over so he held off. Upon telling the PA this, she looked at him and responded "don't you think it's time you man up and get your own insurance?" HE TURNED 20 A COUPLE MONTHS AGO. She was quite literally bullying him and even berated him for working at a fast food place.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Guzik and Dr. Cook and I was very satisfied with my experience here. Staff is very nice and place is very clean. Definitely recommend.

I have seen Dr. Kelley Winfrey for quite a few years, then due to patient overload, I started seeing Shaunagh Cook for well over a year now. This past week I had an emergency and needed to see someone ASAP. The office scheduler got me in to see Dr. Chris Guzik. I have ALWAYS been impressed with the office staff, and the cleanliness of the office. And, now that I've seen 3 of their providers, I could not be happier that this is my medical team. Every doctor is incredible! Dr. Guzik was so knowledgeable, friendly, and VERY explanatory. He was incredibly efficient in getting me a referral as it was very urgent, to the point where he called the person who does referrals, right in front of me. As soon as our virtual visit was done, I got a call to go into the next referred office within an hour. WHERE ON EARTH DOES THIS HAPPEN?!?! I'd recommend any provider at Clermont Medical Center to anyone!

Tried calling today. Stayed on hold for 15 minutes and then the recording said they went to lunch and I heard the phone pick up and hang up. Called back several times after that and someone kept picking up and hanging up. I guess customer service comes after lunch although I was on hold before they went to lunch. Thanks Clermont Medical Center staff!

When I became a patient of Dr. Guzik last year I rated the office 3 stars becuase of issues with scheduling. But now that Its been about year at this office 5 stars would not be enough. DR. Guzik has exceeded my expectations as a Healthcare provider. He genuinely cares for his patients. I honestly have not had a better doctor.
