Excellent experience! Leslie was so helpful and gracious. She helped me right away when I was stressed and in a rush because OfficeDepot was unable to print my order at the last minute and I had no choice but to rush to the nearest FedEx Office. Leslie took great care of me. My order was more expensive than I expected but I was willing to pay it as long as I could get my documents printed quickly so I could be on my way to my meeting. Once at the meeting, everyone complimented my presentation proposal which was spiral bound and beautiful, thanks for Leslie! Also, I got the deal so the investment/cost to print was SO WORTH IT! Leslie was a lifesaver that day and I'm so grateful!!

I tried to contact FedEx because their system shows a different address for my mattress. All you get is an automated that hangs up. No way to get through to a person to correct the issue. Their system totally sucks.

Had a great experience here. Had to overnight ship some items for work but I haven't really ever done that before. Lucy was very helpful and helped me from start to finish and made the process brief and efficient. She was very friendly and my orders arrived on time. Recommend this facility.

You can't complain about the customer service because their is none. I was in the store for at least 30 minutes and was not taken care of. UPS is efficient, fast, and friendly. Fed Ex a big disappointment.

This has got to be the absolute worst business in all of Clermont. Sadly they use to be good but now...Zero customer service zero want to help. I come to a packing store to have somebody help pack something for safe return and very unwilling . told me I have to do everything myself. Sorry that sometimes you go to a business looking for assistance ensuring that things are done correctly. I guess this is nothing more than a drop off location.What makes it worse is the two ladies standing behind the counter one doing absolutely nothing laughed when you walk away while your items are falling out of your hands. What happened to the good customer service I use to get at this location.
