Laziest employees I've ever seen in my life what is customer service if you're not going to help the customers and you're just going to throw them at a QR machine all the time. A lot of people like human contact a lot of people want customer service representatives to do their job not throw them at a self-service machine and I think if the customer doesn't want to do that themselves especially when their hands are literally full when you're walking in the door and the employee just looks at you like you're an idiot it's disgusting to me you need to hire people that have better customer service I will be contacting corporate or whoever the owner of this FedEx store is the behavior of the employee this morning was absolutely disgusting if you don't want to work with customers you shouldn't be in customer service I am absolutely appalled.
I am editing my review this morning in hopes that this goes through to something more positive there was a gentleman in there this morning by the name of Dax he was amazing and has changed my entire perspective from my last review he was the most friendly employee I have ever encountered in all of my times going into this FedEx location he deserves all of the stars he is a great employee

In this day and age of extremely poor customer experience, I wanted to take a minute and write a post about Benjamin.
I came in this FedEx office to simply make a $.71 copy and from the moment I walked in the door. Benjamin was extremely helpful and engaging.
It was amazing to watch him, pivot between three customers while simultaneously helping all of us without neglecting any of us .
His attitude and professionalism are exemplary .
If I own a business in Claremont, I would hire this guy away from FedEx in a minute !
I hope someone in FedEx reads this message and at least acknowledges this young man's great work .

Horrible, unprofessional service.
I had to mail a few documents and had a prepaid label. I arrived to the store and no other customers were in. I had the misfortune of going to the first employee available, the tall bald guy. I said hello and he didn’t even reply. I asked where the envelopes were and he just dumped one on the counter, not even saying a word. I was having difficulty opening the plastic and he started yelling at me and rolling his eyes. Once I closed the envelope I told him the envelope was ready. He ignored me and started printing some labels and it continued for a while. I waited and waited and after a few minutes I asked if he was going to print the receipt for me. He told me “can’t you see I’m printing something?” I step away and had to use the self checkout kiosk. As soon as I stepped out, he said “next customer” and was all playful and joyful. Horrible racist guy and service.

There were 4 people working in this place and I was at one of the machines struggling to figure it out. I asked for help several times no one came over to help, then finally a lady responded and gave instructions from behind the counter...Very poor customers service. The staff here act like it's a problem to perform their duties. Someone from your corporate office should come in on more than one occasion and be a secret customer. It was a horrible experience. Shame on you all.

I had a desperate situation where i needed to know where a package was and i went to the clermont fedex office for help. The gentleman there went out of his way to help me track the package and point me in the right direction. Im sure for him it wasnt a big deal but that intel helped me make an important decision that saved me 7 hours of drive time. Thank you for what i personally consider going above and beyond to resolve an issue for me. I wish i remember his name but he was young, white and tall. I appreciate your help.

Worst customer service ever!!!
A very heavy box almost hurt my foot, and the two employees did nothing but laugh at me!! They didn't ask me if I was okay or if something had happened to me. They only asked if I had touched the box (I was on my phone looking for an email). When I told them that they were trying to find someone to blame and not be responsible for their lack of care, the cashier left and I stood there waiting for her to come back, she took all the time she wanted, and then when she came back she rolled her eyes at me every time I asked her something. What a shame to have such employees!!!
