Only been here once, had a terrible experience, hope to never return. There was a long line behind me, and when it was our turn the lady behind the counter called up someone from the back of the line cause they were doing a simple pickup (we were also doing a SIMPLE pickup). The whole experience was unpleasant, the employees seemed dead inside for the most part with the exception of the gentleman who helped us. Ughhh, one star place for sure.

My staff and I use this location for most of our nonprofit's print needs and we LOVE the staff here at store 1647! Not only are they all incredibly polite and helpful, but there is never any wait time when we stop by. They also make print projects super easy whether emailing them documents/reports or using thumb drive, or ordering online. THANK YOU to store 1647 for the hospitality! You guys rock. You all deserve raises. LOL <3

Lucy is amazing!! She is helping my Son with prints of his art for an art show next weekend. She was so professional and kind. Was super helpful with sizing, paper weight, and printed samples so we could see quality. Couldn't be happier!!!

I came in and it was Alex and another guy, seemed like a manager, to see if I could get a print order expedited, and even though it was just the two of them and it was pretty busy, they managed to get my order printed and cut 16 hours before the order quoted. Outstanding service and they were also very friendly!

The rudeness and unprofessional behavior comments are true. I have been to this location a total of 3 times and 2 out of those 3 times I have had the unfortunate luck of dealing with one very rude and miserable female employee. I had gone to this location about a month ago to find one employee there during a weekend. After unsuccessfully trying to download, resize, and print a picture in the self-service area, she told me that the particular picture could be resized but it would be a more expensive fee and she would have to do it behind the counter. After telling her that I was fine with that, she gave me a massive eye roll and told me to email the file to the email address on the business card to get it done. In the end I couldn't do it because the file I was trying to print was a jpeg file and she said that she could only print a pdf file. I said ok and then left. I came back days later during the week and a pleasant young fellow there managed to do it with ease.Flash forward to today 10/29/2023... I went there around 3pm give or take and found the same female employee there again on a weekend and again all by herself. Not sure of her name, but fair skin, black hair with a few colors on it. I went in to simply ask her if she could print and resize an 8x10 picture because the machine in the service area didn't print that size. Just like my first encounter with her about a month ago, she told me she could do it but it would be more expensive. I said it was fine and she didn't say anything at first because she was busy taping a box and assisting the one and only customer in there besides me. After waiting a few seconds for her response, she suddenly told me "sorry" and that she couldn't do it because she was the only employee there and she didn't have the time while huffing and puffing and looking irritated.......completely refusing me service and refusing my business. I was shocked and in disbelief that she did that and had no choice but to leave.Dear FedEx. Either get this girl some help during her work shifts or replace her with someone that can handle the pressure better! Employees like that are why this store is littered with reviews about rudeness and unprofessional behavior.

Alex helped me out last week on a day where the store was packed. Instead of being overwhelmed, he helped me out as well as several other customers that requested his assistance as he was helping me. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly!

Excellent experience! Leslie was so helpful and gracious. She helped me right away when I was stressed and in a rush because OfficeDepot was unable to print my order at the last minute and I had no choice but to rush to the nearest FedEx Office. Leslie took great care of me. My order was more expensive than I expected but I was willing to pay it as long as I could get my documents printed quickly so I could be on my way to my meeting. Once at the meeting, everyone complimented my presentation proposal which was spiral bound and beautiful, thanks for Leslie! Also, I got the deal so the investment/cost to print was SO WORTH IT! Leslie was a lifesaver that day and I'm so grateful!!

Went there around 5pm on a Tuesday and the entire staff was friendly, quick, and customer oriented. They showed interest in making my custom print work. Then I realized going there has always turned out to be a positive experience to ship packages too.

I tried to contact FedEx because their system shows a different address for my mattress. All you get is an automated that hangs up. No way to get through to a person to correct the issue. Their system totally sucks.
