Most likely not go here again. Was in a bind and needed my car for a road trip. Needed new brakes and rotors. Originally tried to charge me 1900.00 for the service. Was going to leave but he said he could get lower. Anyway everything done was close to 900.00 and change. Bottom line they made their money. Will not be getting anymore of mine.

What an amazing service I got from Saul at this location. He was so professional, kind, and helpful. He took the time to listen to what had happened, even though he did not have the tire I was looking for he went above and beyond to get someone to bring the tire from another location in order to get me going. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Saul and his team are amazing!! I have been a firestone member for over twenty five years and they can head to me yet with my daughter down in the florida area. Saul's customer service it's nothing short of exemplary. The trust and honesty and his dememeanor are RARE and the fact that he is not running this leadership structure at a higher level to emulate in all of your stores in the firestone company.

I did a bit of shopping around before I made my decision, and I'm very happy with the outcome! Firestone provided great service and a great product! I'm thrilled with my new tires! They were everything the reviews said they would be. I opted for the lifetime alignment as well, which will help me extend their life span. Highly recommend!

For the past 5 years I’ve been using Tire Kingdom next door with no issues. I had a bad experience this week and decided to try Firestone. I’m happy I did. Made a 9am appointment for an oil change. Place was packed when I walked in. I’m thinking “this is going to take awhile”. These cats had me out before 10. I was shocked and will be scheduled all my car needs here in the future. AND they gave me 10% military discount!…..

Wait time was a long time but it’s understood. Alex did my work he was motivated and excited to point out the issues for me…I was a walk in great service by Jose and Saul. No complaints I went to another Firestone a few days ago and they didn’t do nothing they had me pay for. This Firestone took care of me and made sure they double checked the work and provided an accurate description of my issues and helped me achieve my goals of the visit. 100% satisfied bought new tires with them because they handled their business

Walked in with a front tire in terrible shape. Saul looked at it and explained what had happened. Took me inside and showed me my options. Saul was very helpful. Set me up with good tires and an alignment quickly!

Have been bringing my car here for years, and always have a positive experience. Most recent visit was in July 2024. Here’s what I value about the service here:
-On more than one occasion, the service reps have brought an available discount to my attention that I didn’t know to ask for, saving me money. I appreciate that.
-Issues and recommendations are explained clearly without the heavy sales pressure. I have never felt pressure from these guys to purchase a service I hadn’t planned on having them perform ahead of time. I appreciate that.
-A clear breakdown of cost before agreeing to the service, that matches the price I am actually charged on the way out. They will also answer any questions I have about breakdown of the cost details. I never feel like they are rushing me out the door or being cagey. This level of pricing transparency is rare. I appreciate that.
-No repeat issues. I have never had to return to this place to fix a problem that was already “fixed.” There are high end dealerships I can’t say that about. The work here is high quality. I appreciate that.
Special shoutout to current manager Saul Mercado who is genuinely enjoyable to deal with. These guys are doing customer service the right way. No complaints.

Brought my car in this shop in April of 2023 because my A/C abruptly stopped working. They diagnosed it as a bad compressor, kept it a few days and sent it back saying "we think it mostly works better but it's not as cold as it could be". You know, the exact reason you need an A/C work! I tested it out and it was running at 86 degrees Fahrenheit. I called the shop and they thought maybe a compressor wasn't it after I spent $2,000 on a new one. It turns out it was a broken temperature blend door which would have been diagnosed with 15 minutes of testing and Google searching. Firestone said they'd try to take another pass at it for another $2,000 of labor to take the entire dash apart.
I almost put a stop payment on the credit card charge. I reached out to corporate and they just referred me back to the local store. Absolutely never using these guys again. Save yourselves the money and use your dealership, they have no idea what they're doing!
I ended up fixing the temperature blend door myself using YouTube and a $45 plastic part.
