This was my first experience with the service department at Ford of Clermont and I’m hopeful that any and all future appointments will go as smoothly as this one. It was a recall notice on my F150 and the entire process was as painless as possible when needing work done on a vehicle. Scheduling was quick, and fortunately so was the “fix”, which was completed in less than a day. I was also afforded the use of a rental car while my truck was being serviced. The service advisor, Krystal, was cordial and professional, as was each individual that I interacted with. All in all the experience was well above average.

The problems with the nav system were reviewed, all modules examined, and any updating of programs verified. System not working well.

Gave a detailed video of work performed on my F-150 pickup truck. Got my truck into a service bay in timely manner and had truck serviced in timely manner also. My service technician was courteous and helpful. A good experience. P.S. this is her husband, I took truck in for servicing. ?

Oil change only took about 30 minutes but didn't know how to reset check coolant notice told me to go over to service check-in Kristine nightingale was able to reset notice in about 1 minute oil change area needs additional training

I had issues with my F-150. It took a bit to get it resolved by now it seems right. My advisor, Katie, was great and kept me posted. The service manager also assisted in resolving my issues and concerns.
