This is the 3rd time I have had my truck serviced at Ford of Clermont. The service writer was friendly, informative and cared about the service of my truck. When snow birding next winter I will definitely return for service

The Mobile Service and the technician Yandel and Aleica the coordinator were beyond awesome on getting someone out to get my dead battery replaced!!! And they did it the same day I called which is very impressive! I won’t use another Ford Dealership other than Ford of Clermont!!!!!!

I brought my 2019 ford edge in for a 2nd transmission job in under 100k miles. Absolutely ridiculous. I was quoted $15,000 for a new transmission installed which is outrageous considering the car is worth 20k. I took it to another mechanic that I’ve used before and they quoted me $7000 installed for an oem ford transmission. I also was being told by ford of Clermont that it would be better to sell them the car than fix it. Obviously they need cars to sell so they’re giving customers ridiculous quotes just to sell the car to them. I will never return to ford of Clermont. Also the mechanic clearly left the lights on so when I had to pick it up with my trailer I had to jump the battery because it was dead.

Where does one even start? I brought my F-150 into dealership after my backup camera stopped working. All others 365 cameras were good. After a month they not only have not fixed issue but now have cause all 365 cameras to stop working. They troubleshoot one part at a time, order what they believe is an issue, it takes 5-7 days to arrive then another 24 hours to install to then find out that's not the issue and begin the cycle again. This is ridiculous, ias i m to dealership instead of a local mechanic thinking Ford knew better than anyone what the issue was the first time. I was very, very wrong.

Overall great service. The advisor mentioned they will call me when the part came in I never heard back from the advisor until I had to call to check on the status. When I got a rental their partner enterprise called me advising me if I do not return today they will charge me but I have not heard from Ford stating my car was done so I was rushing in the rain to get to the dealer before they closed. I would recommend that the service manager from Ford in the enterprise manager needs to connect to advise him not to contact Ford’s customers until four and has made communication with their customer first. As a customer this tells me that Ford informed enterprise before I did that my car was done so they did not have to pay another day but failed to advise the customer their car is ready for pick up also I would recommend if it’s later in the day they should have first thing in the morning to drop off the rental car before getting charge since the customer may be at work just like I was.

I had a small issue, and I believe his name was Jamie(?) The mustang guy. He is former air force, and he was VERY informative and helped me get some new awareness about my mustang! Such as a silly concept that I didn't realize my back seats come down. Ha! Everyone was awesome. Thank you so much!

The initial meet with service counter was professionally conducted.The service on the first repair was longer than promised. Grease marks on fender btw I just washed truck.The service on second repair was not conducted in a way to appease me.It was a Diesel fuel filters change. Upon receiving the truck the smell of fuel was rampant inside and out my wife has asthma and sickened her. I bought back to service and they kind of cleaned inside. We had to endure the odor of diesel coming from truck for days not wanting to run it in case of leak.There was fuel on steering wheel and start button and floor carpets and seats. I watched service technician power wash engine compartment before dropping off in front.I contacted service Manager and brought back to dealership about a week later by then odor was not as prevalent so all I got for my trouble was half off next oil change.The chances of having to experience this again are slim to none.There are other Ford dealers around I’m sure that can perform this service more effectively.I have always completed required service on this vehicle when required and never have had a problem. I have traveled across the country utilizing Ford dealerships exclusively.

The Ford service department persevered and after leaving the car four times they solved the problem with the radio successfully.i am pleased with the result. My only suggestion would be to put paper mats over the floors of the car when working on it.It would prevent the muddy mats that I had to clean. They did wash the outside of the car.All the members of the service department were very courteous and helpful.

We are very happy with the service of our car. There was an issue with an oxygen sensor and we also had tge spark plugs changed and the fuel injectors cleaned. The wait time was acceptable and the car is running well.

Took my car in to have a tire slow-leak checked. It was a very busy day, but they had my tire inspected and repaired in 1.5 hours. Awesome service from Odesh and the crew at Quick Lane! Thank you!!

Had my 2005 Ford f250 super duty put in in November of last year got a new motor put into it It's been in and out of the shop since then they've currently now had it for almost three straight months with no resolution no communication I leave messages upon messages with no contact back for days horrible place don't ever get your vehicle serviced here Go somewhere.

My car died on the side of the road and wouldn't start, no major issues previously. I took my 2021 Ford Escape to Ford of Clermont on 9/11/23. Zach my service advisor told me I needed a new engine and it would cost around $9k because I am 5k miles over my warranty.They didn't give me much information but said they found metal in the oil. I declined the service and had it towed to another shop for a second opinion. The shop I got it towed to did not find any metal as they had stated and found that it was a simple fuse issue. Ford also took off my engine cover and is now saying it didn't have one when they received it, even though they are the only ones who have serviced it. They have had multiple people reach out to me to see if I want to trade in my vehicle but cannot answer the phone to discuss how shady they were. I am a young female and I feel as though they thought they could easily sell me a new engine. I would NOT recommend them.

Service department is hit or miss and when they miss they miss big. Took my Maverick in because it begins to shake terribly at approximately 78 mph. Picked it up to find out they troubleshot it and tested it at 70mph with no problems. Makes perfect sense. I didn't drop it off with a problem at 70mph. Save yourself the trouble and find a different service department.
