Cody our salesman is top notch. He was the only positive experience at this dealership and if I could individually rate just him he would be 5 star. Unfortunately, my overall experience was extremely poor. The “management team” at Ford of Clermont have the attitude that it’s still summer of 2021 and people are still purchasing cars at $15,000 over MSRP. During my experience we stepped off the sales floor multiple times to call Ford Motor Credit to discuss what we were being told. Thankfully by calling them we were able to dispute a lot of what we were being told. Because we were purchasing our lease and what we were relaying to them, FMC encouraged us to go to another dealership to finalize the paperwork and they even called another dealership to make us an appointment over the next 10 days. We ended up finalizing everything with Ford of Clermont, but they have forever lost our business. Sad, because I have purchased 7 vehicles at that dealership in my lifetime. Tough times are ahead for the car industry and with the lack of customer service and poor attitudes this dealership will starve.

What a really nice buying experience we had with Nelson Merced at Clermont Ford. The trade in process was easy and Nelson went above and beyond with his helpfulness and honesty. We love our 2023 Hybrid Maverick and will return to Clermont Ford for future purchases.

Matt did an awesome job of taking care of our truck. Matt knows so much about alignments it is impressive. Thank you for doing a great job. The two gentleman that checked us in and out also had great customer service.

This dealership is very dishonest in advertising and statements. Please be aware before wasting your time going to this dealership. Their price online at auto trader was “a mistake”. I understood that. I was given one price and then called again to question the online price that was on THEIR website. I was told again it was a mistake and was given a different price this time. I was told all fees were included in the price but tax and tag. Then somehow the out the door price was near 10,000 above the listed price. 4,500 over the lowest corrected price I was given AND an extra 2,200 above just tax and tag being added. I was told sorry all “reasonable effort is made to be transparent and correct”. Forgive me but that is not true. Beware of this dishonest company. Kelsey key and Nelson Merced were those giving out the incorrect information just so that those shopping can be aware. Although, I wouldn’t trust anyone at this dealership.

On 10/10/2023 I took my truck to Ford of Clermont for an oil change. The next day I started my vehicle and heard an nasty rattling sound. I turned my vehicle off and back on and didn't hear the noise. Throughout the week my truck was making the same noise and a louder clicking noise. I checked my oil and noticed it was extremely dark and small particles on the stick. On 10/17/23 I went back to the dealership and told them what happened. The gentleman walked out looked at my oil stick and said nothing was wrong with the oil. He then proceeded to tell me the issue with my truck is a common issue and if I wanted to fix it, it would cost $5000 and a 10hr job. No one took my vehicle back to see if something was actually wrong. When they gave me my recommendations this "common issue" was not listed. I find this very coincidental that my vehicle is passed the 60k warranty and the first thing I was told was to pay 5k to fix it with nothing being noted about it when they had my vehicle. When I dropped my vehicle off a few hours before my truck made no noise but when I pick it up it does. Stay away from this place

Stopped by to see a like new 2021 Range Rover Velar that recently arrived at the dealership..my wife came across it on their website..as soon as we parked and headed inside the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly sales associate by the name of Joniel Alicea..he asked how he could help and we mentioned the RRV and the rest was history..Joniel helped my wife during the test drive and eventual purchase of her new suv..he was very helpful thru the entire process and always checked on us while we waited for the banks to offer us the best deal..yes he’s a salesman but he didn’t act like a typical salesman..he was friendly and informative and in the end my wife was all smiles and couldn’t be happier!! Thank you Joniel for making her experience fun and exciting!! Visit Ford Of Clermont and ask for Joniel and you’ll see what I mean!!

I can’t praise the service department enough! I was visiting Florida from Tennessee, and had an issue with my trunk latch. I could not get the trunk to open with my key or the release latch inside the front of the vehicle. I had food, my computer, and all my clothes in the trunk, so I definitely needed to get in there. They jumped right in - went through the backseat to pull everything out and get the latch working correctly. Just amazing! Would highly recommend the service department to anyone. ?

Dustin in Service is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Fast service & I trust it's done right.Willie is my guy for more than 6 new car sales to myself & my family. He's knowledgeable and listens to budget/payment needs.Overall I would chose Ford of Clermont over any dealership.

Sure, I had to pay an arm in a leg to get my car repaired but everyone I worked with along the way was incredibly good natured. Service was quick and the drop off service was awesome. Shout out to Frank L. in the service department, he was extremely communicative and kept me up to date the whole way!

I don't write alot of Google Reviews... only when an individual or business has really stood out. Such is the case with Ford Of Clermont!! More specifically KATIE in the Service Dept. In an age where "Customer Service and Attention to Detail in communication" are all in the past, this Lady and that department has truly Knocked It Out of the Park!! I'm a First Time Ford Owner, and was frustrated that only 50 days after taking my mustang home from "Another Dealership", it started giving me some performance issues!! Thank God I bought the extended warranty! After other Ford Dealerships couldn't get me in for about a month... ONE Call to Ford of Clermont and KATIE got me in the same day, diagnosed and made plans and scheduled the work!! Katie NEVER left me hanging and had impeccable COMMUNICATION SKILLS!! Texting me personally keeping me In loop every step of the way... Even shuttling me to get the rental. I've never been a Ford Guy, so this Mustang was a treat for sure!! I'm definitely NOW a Ford Of Clermont Guy!! You guys have restored my Faith in Old Fashioned Customer Service!! Well Done Katie!!

My car died on the side of the road and wouldn’t start, no major issues previously. I took my 2021 Ford Escape to Ford of Clermont on 9/11/23. Zach my service advisor told me I needed a new engine and it would cost around $9k because I am 5k miles over my warranty. They didn’t give me much information but said they found metal in the oil. I declined the service and had it towed to another shop for a second opinion. The shop I got it towed to did not find any metal as they had stated and found that it was a simple fuse issue. Ford also took off my engine cover and is now saying it didn’t have one when they received it, even though they are the only ones who have serviced it. They have had multiple people reach out to me to see if I want to trade in my vehicle but cannot answer the phone to discuss how shady they were. I am a young female and I feel as though they thought they could easily sell me a new engine. I would NOT recommend them.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today purchasing our "new to us" SUV. Willie listened to our wants and needs, and showed us the perfect vehicle. We also asked to see a few others, but ultimately decided on the first one he showed us.We have purchased vehicles in the past from other dealers, and this was the smoothest transaction. The most problems we had were actually with our own insurance company adding the vehicle to the policy.Sammy, the finance leader, was also completely wonderful in getting us the best deal for our credit score.They have won our business, and we will return as loyal customers.THANK YOU!!!
