I normally do not write reviews but I think I have finally found a good nail tech there. I have been seeing Lindsy for 4 or 3 months now and every time I go she always have my nails looking amazing! I had her do a the marble impression on my nails and I love, love it!

This salon charged me full price for a pedicure and manicure after FORGETTING ABOUT ME and not completing EITHER SERVICE. They did the massage but DIDNT PAINT MY TOES AT ALL , they started on my manicure WHILE I WAS STILL IN THR PEDICURE CHAIR, forcing me to pull my left hand all the way across my body so that he could work on it sitting to my right- this was very uncomfortable, he cut my nails but NEVER SHAPED OR PAINTED them. Because throughout the whole process he kept leaving in the middle to do other things and would come back, I thought he was coming back and didn’t realize he was NOT, until my daughter was done and it was time to pay. At that point we’d been there for about 2.5 hours and I just wanted to leave. When we go to check out I told them and showed them how neither device was completed and they refused to give a discount for not completing wither service. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will never go back there and would not recommend it.

Requested style: Got a Pedicure for me and my husband $55. each. I got my own nail, cuticle removed, no polish 25 but she call that a manicure. I thought a manicure was removal of cuticles the fake nails and painting of the nail. REALLY anyways, so my husband got a $10. wax so we got ready to pay she changed us $165. If you do the math it adds to $140 she changed us $25. I told my husband not to pay her a tip because she already charged us gratuity . She looks at me and say no no gratuity. I responded yes you changed us $25. extra dollars so consider that your tip and we walked away.

I bounce around Clermont and Groveland trying to find the right nail stylist. I've been to Friends before and felt that the prices were a little higher than the other places, so I haven't been back in a while. When I needed my nails done this time, I thought I'd give them another try. I wish I hadn't. I don't know if my stylish was mad that I only wanted dip and not a manicure, or if this is how she is normally, but she was so rough that I almost walked out with one hand done. I have 2 fingers that are still bleeding today, and the nails look terrible if you look up close. They appear all black from a distance, so at least there is that. I wasn't even offered something to staunch the blood after she clipped away my finger next to the cuticle. I know it's my fault for staying, but all I could think of was explaining to another salon why I had one hand naked and the other looking terrible and bleeding. In the end, I was charged $75 for a dip and a sticker on each hand, even though I told her only two fingers and she kept insisting.

What a great pedicure. The guy, really took his time and gave me a great leg and foot massage! I just had the regular pedicure, but a had a sugar scrub, moisture massage and then an oil, followed by hot towels! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,

I just paid $50 for eyebrow waxing for 2 people. Last time I was here, I paid $225 for my daughter's manicure. This place definitely gone money hungry riping off
