they tag a price item and charge you much higher when you claim it they rather loose the sale then fix it very sad need to train there staff much

I’ve been going to this GameStop for a while and it’s always been fine but recently it’s just a complete mess. I understand the recent Pokémon card collecting hype is probably really annoying for the employees but every time I’ve gone in there whether I’m looking for Pokémon cards or just shopping for games they have the nastiest attitude and treat you like you’re subhuman. All of the employees I’ve interacted with in the past weeks are completely and utterly miserable and go out of their way to try and ruin your day.

The crew that works in this store is amazing I traded my psp became a member got like 6 games all right there, the lady in the register knows what she's doing knows her games consoles and she even recommended a few other things that I needed while I was there. I don't remember her name but in my opinion this is the best gamestop due to the experience she provided

Been visiting this store for the last 3 years and have had plenty of bad experiences but today was the last one. Store smell really bad all the time, employees are always not in the best mood and rude. Worst of all they always try to scam you with the game warranty if you are not looking they will add the same without your consent.

Don't come to this GameStop, their customer service is non-existent.
It's clear that they don't even care, they just hand waved a problem they didn't want or be bothered to solve, and wanted me out quickly.
Never going to this GameStop location again.

Went in with a friend today to claim my Warranty on my controller. We met Bunny and Logan at the register, we were helped swiftly and enjoyed talking to Logan about WarHammer. Great guy would have loved to learn more!!! 10/10 service Take care Logan And Bunny!!!

I was literally just in the store and they are some of the most condescending people I’ve ever had to deal with. I was asked 5 different times if I play games or use a console after starting with “this is my first console” I felt completely belittled just because I was a girl. How can you not take someone seriously after nearly dropping a grand in your dirty mess of a store. GameStop will forever have a bad rep.

RAVE FOR BUNNY! She is absolutely the most kind and informative customer service rep we met today. She helped assist with trade ins and gave us great info about becoming a member with game stop pro program. There was many other customers inside and she was the only one working the front desk and not once did she make us feel rushed or like we were a burden. She took great care of us. And she was kind to the others in line waiting their turn. First time ever coming here and will be back because of her!
