The facility is fine to deal with on the phone, but we have not found anyone at the office. We rented 2 units. One was clean the other was not.

Kevin onsite at the Clermont location was great! We've had very challenging interactions with the call center but it was a pleasure working with Kevin onsite. A huge difference than the experience calling in. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
