Checked in on line with a 26 min wait. Went in the store and was greeted and told 32 people in front of me. I sat for about 30 minutes when another cust came in. He’s was told 3 people in front of him. The girl finished her customer and called the other guy before me when I said something I was told I was next. Was not happy told them to cancel my appointment. All of a sudden they could take me right away. I left and won’t go back. If your going to lie at least be good at it

Make your appointment on line and you get right in according to the wait time it says. If you get a good cut from the stylist you get, stick with them.

Convinced only one person knows how to cut hair properly.. and they’re rarely working.. avoid if they’re busy, not because of the wait time, but because they will rush your haircut to get to the next person as soon as possible (more clients, more tips) Will never come back to a great clips, nothing great about it, now having to pay someone else to clean up the mess they made on my hair.

Do not go here. The hair cutter was more interested in selling me me a product than listening to what I wanted. She cut my hair way shorter than what I ask for and proceeded to charge me $56 for it.
