Over the last 10 years of going to this location it's been hit or miss with the stylist... A gentleman by the name seam (sorry if I got it wrong) cut my hair today and let me tell you ... It was going to the barber in a "great clips" Amazing. I hope he sticks around for a while as I will be calling to make sure he's there for myself and my 5 kids ...Thank you!! Mr. seam Amazing job . There is hope in great clips after all

I’ve been going there for the past year. I’m so tired of new people all the time. They never listen and talk too much about themselves like we are old friends and cut how they want. I told them last time I didn’t want much taken off the top just trimmed up. She cut an inch off the top. What can you do once it’s cut? Not going back.

I am very upset with this location. I have been patronizing Great Clips locations from Orlando to Clermont, Florida for well over 20 years. This has left a really bad taste in my mouth!!!!!
When I came in, I told the person that I had a coupon, but wanted to be sure it was good in this location. She rushed me to sit in the chair before letting me pull up the “ Terms and conditions” listed on the coupon. Had I waited to find the coupon—— I would have been told that it was not good in this area…
When I checked out, I was not allowed the coupon price (Because I was not given the time to find that the coupon would not have been honored!!!) first, rather than making me pay, she allowed me some time to see if I could locate a different coupon, but they would’ve accepted. After a while, another woman pushed me into paying —-Her excuse was because the time since I was checked in until the time I wasn’t being checked out would look bad for “stylist”…. they needed me to pay ‘now’. I am a senior citizen so I always get my haircuts when I have a coupon. Being rushed rather than allowing me to look for the coupon cost me an additional $8.
That may not seem like much to people who have a job or money to burn … I have been self sufficient for more years and I care to state but now (several years into my retirement) **unfortunately** I now live with family to save as possible each month. I can’t even remember when I had my last haircut—-I was waiting for a coupon to save some money.

First time and never going back. My hair my rules- request is VERY basic. I wanted a short hair and the woman said that my hair is too long to get a short hair… like??? ?? Even the most basic side bangs she wasn’t able to pull off. It was a painful interaction and my hair is medium length, the ends with STRAIGHT cut looking like a broom. I just gave up, she wouldn’t listen.

I went there for the first time, and overall customer service was good. People were friendly, but unfortunately, I requested a low fade, and I got a medium to high fade. I also asked not to go short on the back and top, and the barber went all over with the scissors. For reference, I shared a picture of how the haircut should look from the side, but what I got is nothing similar to what I showed to the barber. I am not mad about it; the hair will grow again, but unfortunately, it is the first and last visit.
