Went in as a walk in for a bang trim, the guy took me right away. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he even said so you dont want a harsh bang I said yes and he said more face framing I said yes. He said wasnt going to look the same because I had some curls so he wet it cut then dried it and it looked fine at first but as Im home trying to style it. Its shorter and harsher then I asked for and one side has more face framing side pieces then the other. Kind of disappointed.

Went and got a haircut, had a picture and everything. The first lady wouldn't do it, said she didn't feel comfortable doing such a style which was just a shorter cut with a fade as I wanted to keep the top longer since I was growing it out for a hour a year from a shaved cut, called over another stylist, who wasn't even clocked in, and she said that the haircut I wanted would have to be done at a barber.
I said 'okay', and as I was leaning forward to leave the chair, she said she could 'do an undercut'. I said 'okay', thinking that maybe it'll be close to what I wanted, and she just started cutting, no further discussion, and I offered her the photo of what I wanted to maybe see if we could come to a compromise.
Completely ignored me, and continues to complain to the other stylists about having to clock back in to cut my hair, which I understand, and about how I don't have the length to do what, they assume, I wanted. It was humiliating and I was trying hard not to cry and get upset. Why cut my hair if you state you don't have the skills to do what I want, or completely disregard what I want and just start cutting my hair.
Gave me a bowl cut, supposed to be an undercut, and I have never had a worse experience. I wanted to go home and shave my head because I hated it, it wasn't what I wanted, and there was no communication to maybe come to a compromise, like just a trim and some shaping, nothing.
Absolutely won't be coming back, and will be going to a barber to get it redone because it's not what I wanted in the slightest.

Michael gave me the best trim today. He listened to what I wanted. I told him I wanted very little cut. He did just that. Thank you.

I don’t remember my hair dresser’s name, she was nice-ish but she didn’t listen to me. I asked for a small 2in trim but she took off way more and gave me layers that I didn’t ask for. By the time I realized that was what she was doing, too much had been cut off so it would just look weird if she didn’t finish it. Also, I told her I part my hair on the side but she parted it in the middle anyway to cut it so now my hair is lopsided. I guess it’s cheap so you get what you pay for but this was basic thing that should be standard across all hair salons- listen to the client and ask before you cut

I went to Great clips for a haircut. I had accidentally checked in online at the wrong salon but I was able to get in in a timely fashion at this one. Got a great cut! I'm trying to let my color grow out so I can get to my natural Gray, and the cut that I received blended my natural color very nicely.
