Absolutely outstanding customer service ! If you need service to your vehicle ask for Daniel Blakey,to be your service advisor! Knowledgeable, professional, kind, empathetic, a credit to Headquarter Honda Service !
This was my first time to the Dealership and will not be my last ! He made me feel that I had purchased my vehicle at the Dealership and that my business mattered although it was simply an oil change.
The little details and the respect he showed me, a perfect stranger from Canada, will not soon be forgotten.
Thanks again, Daniel ! Enjoy your cruise ! Thanks again Headquarter Honda for the positive experience and the thoughtfulness of your staff.
Almost forgot, they gave my vehicle an outstanding car wash for Free !!

The service department is excellent. I’ve been taking my Honda here for over 5 years and I’ve always had a great experience. On my most recent visit I worked with Bruce and he went above and beyond. He answered all of my questions in detail and kept me updated while the team cared for my car. Bruce is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to my next visit.

They didn’t wash my car. They didn’t put anything down on the interior prior to having someone who was sweaty from being so hot in Florida. They didn’t reset my oil setting indicated that my oil had changed. They rotated my tires but they did not inflate them to the proper air pressure. Then I had them re-tent two windows at a different dealership. And at that dealership whoever did it smoked and I had to air up my car now for three days. Very dissatisfied customer.

Went in for recommended service. Service was prompt and the techs were courteous. They even called me to come back to make sure oil drops left on the pavement were not a leak (it wasn't). Overall extremely satisfied with my visit.

Best experience EVER at a dealership, everyone was professional and nice. I loved that I felt like I was being talked to and not sold to. Even after I bought my truck they took great care of me. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dealerships that won’t even return your call. I will definitely be bringing my business back to Headquarter Honda in the future.

My experience at HQ Honda was representative of great Quality of Service. From the time I drove into the service bay. I was greeted by the initial service technician who quickly relayed my arrival to Rita! Rita was out to the service bay to greet me immediately and she quickly discovered my service needs, explained what would be done and gave me an approximate time frame to which the work would be completed! At the end of this engagement of service, Rita completed the visit with a complimentary car wash! Finally, her great communication with the service team allowed me to gain better insight to the repairs which I might expect on the horizon! She left me with the explicit reassuring feeling that I’ve dealt with a respectful and knowledgeable service technician! This was not my first time working with Rita so it was a pleasure to have her as my service technician again! I would definitely expect a happy outcome of service visit for anyone working with Rita! Thanks HQ Honda, looking forward to good years ahead!
