I am a first time car buyer and this morning I walked into Honda Headquarters unsure of what to expect. Mike Jahangir greeted me first and I cannot say how much of a blessing that was. He was meticulous about answering every single one of my questions and addressing all of my concerns. He went above and beyond to meet me at a great point and I walked out with my brand new Honda Accord happier than could be. Thank you Mike for all your help and for allowing your 43 years of expertise to shine through!

Sale was efficient using the Costco program, however there were several functions with my car that I was told would be a part of my vehicle that were missing when I went to set them up. I have been trying to get support and assistance in getting the issues resolved for the past three weeks and no one has responded or offered any advice on how to help. The promise that they were there to help with any concerns or issues I had has been a complete lie.

had a great experience at Honda Headquarters in Clermont. Anthony Tindle was an excellent salesman—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt confident in my decision.
Kenny Tavarez in finance was just as outstanding. He explained everything clearly, was transparent, and worked efficiently to finalize the deal without any pressure.

Our sales guy, Andrew, was very congenial and informative and worked with us to get a fair price on a great car. He took the time to explain the cars features and helped us set up our phones as well. Jamal in finance was also informative and helpful without trying to push us into anything we didn't need. All in all a pretty pleasant transaction.

Pros: Brad who didn't sell me my car, but continued to help me when Anthony Tindale refused to and lied to me.
They took my trade-in at the value other dealers were offering.
They have offered to replace the engine that needs fixing on my trunk.
Car was detailed and alignment corrected when requested.
Cons: Anthony Tindale lied to me about having a 7-30 day return policy. They don't. Then, he evaded my phone call and refused to call me back claiming he had left for the day. I have yet to hear from him because he knows he lied. NOT HAPPY.
I was bait and switched. I came expecting a car with less than 30k miles, but then was given a car with 68k miles and when I complained about the mileage before the purchase, Anthony said if I get the service package it would cover repairs and the other car they had had dings so stick with this one. What he also didn't mention is that service plan added another 4k to my price. NOT HAPPY.
Ironically, he prayed with me as I took possession of the car too. What fake religious people don't realize is that lying is a sin.
I am now stuck paying $35k for a 2021 car. NOT HAPPY.
So, if you're a woman, bring someone skilled with dealing with lying salespeople so you don't get suckered into keeping a car you don't really want.

I didn’t have a appointment but I was there early to be worked in.i am glad i went.i had a oil change and tire rotation done.they were nice enough to make recommendations as they checked the car out.all in all this experience match the nice things I read in the reviews..thank you,to the team at Headquarters Honda.

The sales staff specifically Jamal and Bradley need to improve their customer service and communication skills- they have made trying to buy our 3rd car from this dealership next to impossible. I do not recommend. Go somewhere else.
