Can not say enough wonderful things about this location & staff! Branch Manager Jacob and Manager trainee Lutz were amazing today! I ordered a rental car through Enterprise in Clermont weeks ago, showed up today - no car and no help. Walked into the Hertz location and was greeted instantly by Jacob who not only had a car but the car I needed! Lutz processed the paperwork and I was out of the office, with a car in less than a half hour. Jacob and Lutz, THANK YOU FOR SAVING THE DAY - We will DEFINITELY be using this location for our rental needs going forward!!

First time using a local Hertz location, and my experience was very professional ,on time ,and very easy. The car was clean and exactly as pictured. Being a gold member definitely has its perks and although I may have gotten a better rate at the airport, I would prefer, this location due to having a more personal touch to it when it comes to customer service.
This location can get very due to being the only one here but pack your patience if necessary it beats going all the way to the airport.

They need a lot of work in doing better for the customers and the availability of the cars they rent. I know some customers doesn't take care of the cars. Everything was to slow and then fast at the moment of getting it. Couldn't even check on the car. Just a pinch of gasoline in it and no extra tire for emergency. One of the Chargers didn't work neither. Also, this is a loaner from Ford. I already returned the truck clean and Full in gasoline $63+ dollars. Couldn't use it cause my car was returned next day. No money returned for it. Suppose to charge me $50 and charged $80. Hopefully will be returned to me soon now.
Note: I will live the review like that until my money is returned.
PS:
I see so many complaining about living full tank and getting it with a pinch of gasoline. Well now it happened to me.

The first car I rented had check engine light and the second car had something loose and flopping under the car. Brian personality was not pleasant. He tried to get me to keep the check engine light car until I said it is too stressful to drive a car with check engine light on. The rest of the staff was very nice and helpful.

Don’t go here they will lie to you and tell you that they only have certain cars so they can charge more even if you are going through insurance. Then they will charge you a whole day even if you return your car first thing in the morning. Because they choose not to have a drop off box and argue with you that even if they did they would still charge you. This is the most unprofessional place I have been to.

Booked a polestar 2 for the weekend. Upon arrival was told didn't have any polestars but instead they have a tesla. Ok cool no biggie. By Friday evening I noticed there's tiny roaches ( only saw 2 or 3 during the rental ) and car was definitely not in the cleanest shape but whatever. Tried to return Sunday night to notice no drop off box at this location. Left car parked there and came back next day. Was charged for being 20ish minutes late even though the car was there and also 5 dollars a day extra for the tesla. When I received the keys to the tesla I was only told about the way the car breaks when you let off the gas. Nothing about the upcharge for the tesla otherwise I would've rented something else. All in all my original bill of 113 plus recharge fees for recharging the car my total bill came out to an extra 12 dollars for a hour plus 19 dollars for a "upgrade" to the tesla. If you rent from here, read the fine print and check your rental agreement thoroughly before leaving.

Absolutely horrendous operation. My car is in the sop for a couple of days so I booked a car. Received confirmation email. Showed up at the scheduled time to get the car only to be told they didn't have a car for me. No one notified me that anything had changed with my booking.

You book a car they will tell you we have to cancel you and we dont have the car that you booked his name was jacob and he has no clue what his is talking about and no knowledge be careful again his name was jacob P.They have other options but they want to up charge you more for itWhen ever you go to a rental car place if you dont have your car they will up grade you to what ever they have for no chargeThis is my second try with this location and both times they failed stay away there is couple great different company around them

I had a great experience renting from this location. I reserved the vehicle (through Hertz site) a couple weeks in advance. It was ready upon arrival and clean. The employees I dealt with were very nice and multi-tasking to get everyone out of there as quickly as possible. Return was also easy. If you rent a car don’t use a third party site to reserve ! This is a smaller location if you need more working hours or bigger car selection I recommend renting from MCO.

Wouldn’t even give them one star! I made a reservation with them using Priceline a month and a half ago and THE DAY BEFORE all my family arrives at the airport they call to tell me they have NO vehicle for me. The whole reason I booked a month and a half ago was to be proactive and AVOID this catastrophe. Jacob Pruitt, the office manager, had nothing to say, but, “sorry, we have nothing else to offer you”. AVOID this place like the plague!!!
