“Absolutely the best Coliseum of Comics location. There are always incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing that will make this place even better would be if they have Digimon Cards”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize this Hobby Lobby location because it truly represents what great customer service should look like. Every time we walk through the doors, we’re greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel genuinely appreciated. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to help. Whether you’re trying to find a particular item, checking to see if something might be available in the back, or looking for help with another option, they make the effort instead of simply pointing you in a direction and walking away. I work in an industry that is heavily involved in AI, technology, and automation, so I understand how important technology has become to businesses. But experiences like this are also a great reminder that technology can never replace genuine human interaction and excellent customer service. Hobby Lobby seems to understand that. Great products are important, but the way customers are treated is what keeps people coming back. This location consistently gets that right. Customer service over technology any day!”
