I frequent Home Depot everyday in Orlando and this was my first time in the Clermont store around 3pm and I was very disappointed. I came in looking for tile that is on the shelves at all of the other stores and in this store I asked the gentleman working in the tile department and he was rude. I asked him a question and he said special order then I asked something else and he said I told you special order. He should definitely not be in customer service or at work with an attitude. Management needs to address this.

With customer service reps like the two young women who were working on Sat June 8th, it’s no wonder computers are replacing most jobs. Unprofessional to say the least. I’ll drive right by and go to Lowe’s with my business next time.

[Edited 3-June-2024: I can notice that Home Depot does not care abou the client's reviews, but I'll update my review, anyway. You get to know a company when something goes wrong, and see their attitude towards solving the problem - or not. I bought a desk with installation, order #WG63047527. Well, the desk arrived but no one called to schedule. I called Home Depot, and the first time they told me I should call a third party, which I shouldn't have to, but I did. They found my address and the installation order, but left me waiting on the phone forever. I called Home Depot again, and another person said that I just have to wait until they call me to schedule. Of course, the second one is easier, but I am not really sure what I have to do.]
Good location, the store is somewhat complete but a bit disorganized. Two self checkout registers were out of service, and the assistants weren't trying very hard to help.

I recommend it to anyone who wants to rent a tool that doesn't go to Home Depot. They changed the system and the employees don't know what to do (they are very polite and will try everything, but it's not up to them) I spent an hour and a half trying to rent a tool. they were unable to due to this problem in the system. anyway, don't waste your time with home depot... if they respected their customers these system updates would at least be efficient. I've been renting tools there for a long time... if they want to update (that's great) but at least take advantage of the information they already have or have real support that can resolve the situation. Anyway, an hour and a half of trying, I couldn't do it and they just let me leave with nothing to do... I lost half the day and how are they? normal as it won't cost them anything.

I've been waiting for an hour for them to finish renting a tool. the system has changed, they don't know what to do... they've tried many times and they can't do it. A gentleman who arrived with me had to leave without renting the tool because he couldn't wait that long. look how absurd... I've rented tools here several times and with the change of system they didn't show respect for the customer who uses my information that they have. I'm in favor of updates, but a company that respects its customers would at least have the decency to use an efficient system

Purchased a pressure washer for my business on 3/22/24 and was told that if I use my Home Depot credit card to pay for it, I would be able to return it within a year if there are any issues. Had an issue with the pressure washer on 5/20/24 and come to find out it does not apply to gas-powered equipment. I was given the wrong information, and now, because of that, I have to play the back and forth game with the manufacturer, and instead of working with my own equipment, I have to now rent and or postpone certain jobs. Thanks alot for costing me more money.
