The app is always causing me problems, customer service is usually rude. Wish I would’ve set up an account with a bigger bank or credit union but oh well.

Unless you maintain a direct deposit account at Insight, it is a $7.50 “service charge” to make a car payment. Over the term of the loan, that’s an additional added fee of over $600.00. This is an Insight Penalty Fee for not using their other poor services. DO NOT FINANCE WITH INSIGHT CREDIT UNION. I will terminate all Insight Services as soon as possible.

I have to say that out of all the Banks I’ve been, I’ve never seen or dealt with an employee as dedicated, helpful, smart, goes out of her way to help you and resolve whatever problem you have as with Karel Alonso. I had the privilege to have met her, thanks to my Mother having to do some transactions and would only do them with Mrs. Alonso because she knew that they were going to be done correctly! I highly recommend Mrs. Alonso for any transactions you would need in a Bank. She is an amazing employee & the bank is very lucky to have such a competent and incredible employee like her.

Horrible service when it comes to card services. They use a 3rd party company for fraudulent charges on cards, which withdrew money from my account twice by mistake after crediting it the wrong amount initially. So not only did I have to wait over a month on money lost from fraudlent charges, I was charged DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT BY MISTAKE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT TO GET THAT MONEY RETURNED AS WELL, WHICH WAS NEVER EVEN DISPUTED IN THE FIRST PLACE!! What a complete waste of phone calls dealing with incompetent reps that claim to have no ability to credit the money the card services stole from my account for over a MONTH. If I wanted to give loans out I would open my own bank!!!

Don’t deserve a one starThey have 3 lanes… only 1 is open takes 30 mins to deposit money always a line around the building. AC doesn’t work in some peoples vehicles and it’s sad some people has to sit in 95 degree weather while they are taking their sweet time…

Shouldn’t even give a 1 star but to put my input in have to has 3 Taylors in the drive-through but only using one if can multitask higher new people that can multitask it sad never had a issue with this but idk what has happened but wish they fix the issue soon

Where to begin... after a year of dealing with no vehicle or a broken-down vehicle, my wife and I decided to go in for an auto loan. The bank manager helped us out, very friendly (and spoke Spanish) a plus for me. Told us that once we found a Vehicle all we needed to do is tell them that we have our own financing and come back with a buyer's order, and they would take care of the rest. Well, we found the vehicle told them we were using our own financing and the dealership (COGGIN HONDA of DELAND DO NOT GO THERE) told us that they could not accept our financing they were putting us with one of their banks and that we could refinance if we wanted. (didn't know I could we could have walked out) that was a mistake on our part. The next business day my Wife was at Insight talking with Karel the Bank Manager trying to refinance the Dealership had given us an interest rate over double of what the Insight was going to do for us. Also, the dealership never gave us any information as to who they put us with Bank wise or anything else. After Explaining to Karel what happened she took our case as if it was her who had gone thru what that dealership put us thru. She called them, gave them a piece of her mind (professionally) and got all the information that was needed to refinance our vehicle. It REALLY meant a lot to my wife and I that she showed that she cared after we had gotten taken advantage of. She took Care of everything thing during the whole process all we needed to do was Sign. On my part was awesome because I missed work less. To Karel THANK YOU for caring. I think we would have stayed with the dealership's bank if it would have not been for you. True life saver and stress reliever.Esteban E.

They financed my new car back in 2014 for an 8 year term. They offered no deferrals during COVID-19 and were impossible to reach by phone as they went thru a system change making it impossible to make a payment without going to the branch during their business hours only. Paid off the loan in 2021 received the title, but they still have a hold on the registration to the vehicle, they do not even know why!

Been banking here for over 5 years and I love the fact that in such little time, the tellers knew me and my husband by name. They helped me refinance my car from a 17% down to less than 2%. The personal attention you get from the tellers and the bank manager, Karel is above and beyond. I’ve opened up bank accounts for my kids here also. Give them a try. They have free checking also. Their rates are always better than a regular bank.
