Doing my taxes this year with Mrs. Erica Frazier was a complete Joy. She helped me understand each step the entire time and made sure I was aware and comfortable with each question and answer. I will be bringing my family and friends to Mrs. Erica this year as well. Way to go Jackson Hewitt!

You have to be careful, what office you go to. I have had my taxes done at JHfor years with no problems. This year,It was a calamity from the initial appointment, poor communication, a lot of phone calls to get correct information and then get a completed tax return done. Not good!

Sharon was wonderful. I have used her the last three years and she definitely knows her stuff. She pour quite a few hours into my return and I was amazed at how fast she got it done, even though they were flooded with people and them trying to gets theirs done also. I most definitely would recommend her and will be back next year! Great job!
