One of the best experience in a season where paying taxes is not one of my favorite things to do but this lady went above and beyond her Call of Duty I was impressed how professional how lovely and patient she was with me and I am not a very patient person but I was truly impressed with her demeanor her truly knowledge of the tax preparation she made this tax season a bless I was very grateful to Marcia for all her help and getting this done I will recommend her highly

Jackson hewitt is the worst place to Do your taxes, they say come here so you don't have to worry about it. But first problem shows up. They tell you it's your responsibility to get in contact with iRS to try to track down your money that they were supposed to get. It's been 3 years and I have yet to receive my money or any idea where my money is.They did my taxes the year after and nothing still haven't received that either. You are better off doing it yourself or going somewhere else
