I don’t usually write reviews but it’s been 2 weeks since I got my hair done here by Jaileen and I couldn’t be happier. I normally come in for a cut and blow dry, but this time I wanted to go out of my comfort zone and get highlights done. Jaileen listened to all my concerns about dying my hair for the first time and explained everything to me about the process every step of the way. She really made what I visualized in my head a reality on my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the service! Jaileen is an awesome stylist and 10/10 would recommend!!

Went to JCPenney salon today in Clermont FL and had my hair cut and styled by Michelle. I was very happy and pleased with my hair when she was finished. Not a lot of hair stylist understand how to cut and style curly hair. Michelle was awesome and very knowledgeable about my kind of hair and the products she was using. So if you find yourself looking for a good hair stylist call JCPenney salon and ask for Michelle, you will not be disappointed.

I was a little frustrated when I went to the jewelry section. I was looking at rings and they were absolutely gorgeous and I want to try on too and a lady asked if I would like help and I said sure of course if you’re not busy, I’d like to try two of these on. She gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes and came behind the counter and I was a little brought back because she’s the one who asked if I needed help. I was trying to look for the ring because I had briefly forgot which one I wanted to try on and I was trying to laugh and make a joke like oh no am I losing my marbles I thought I remembered which one I want to try on she goesi don’t know And had a attitude.But maybe she was having a bad day so I was asking about the different types of bands because I don’t know a lot about jewelry and I said does stainless steel. Have a better quality than gold or silver wheel and will it not “rust” ? And she copped an attitude with me and said uhh no gold is obviously better. When I first came to JCPenney to look at rings, I was so thrilled by the experience because the two ladies that originally helped me were absolutely enjoyable and made the experience so much better considering I am shopping for something that is going to be very important in my life. But I don’t think I will be returning considering the lady that I just spoke to (her name started with an S I believe) Seemed like I was making it an inconvenience for her.

Jaileen was fantastic! I think I’ve found who i’ll be going to from now on to get my hair cut. So friendly and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and offered great advice on products and how to care for my hair and how to style it.
This is by far the best hair cut I’ve gotten. She was also very fast, there was no wait and the environment was clean and organized. I am so happy and pleased with my experience here! Jaileen is THE person to go to.

Have been going to JCP salon for over yrs, the last two with Jennifer. Jennifer is a delight and excellent stylist. My wife and I highly recommend her.

I went here only a couple times the first time was excellent and second time was awful she cut my hair to short I freaking hate it so much I’m sorry but I’m done coming here and I don’t like people butchering my hair I look like dam Medusa when I wake up in the morning I’m not having it anymore I’m sick of it ?

Maureen Johnson does a fantastic cut on my curly hair!! Few hairdressers have provided even good cuts but Maureen’s cut is totally awesome!! Thank you Maureen

Let me tell you this, i don’t write reviews often, but when they’re this good, I’ve got to say something. I would have never thought I would get such a good haircut from JCPenny, specifically from Julie! I haven’t gotten a haircut by someone in over 7 years in fear of getting a bad haircut. She just got a new client that will come to her every time. I’m so excited for my future haircuts with her. If you’re worried about your haircut, go to Julie! She will follow you through the process and make sure that’s exactly what you want. She is the sweetest person. I got a butterfly cut with face frame. I had my hair in wind, little rain, and laying in bed and my hair still looks so good. I would definitely go to her :)

I had been looking for a hairstylist since I moved close to the Clermont area 3.5 yrs ago. Until I found Julie. She's very sweet, friendly and professional. She took her time doing my hair and she did a wonderful job. My hair was silky smooth and very shiny. She does a great blowout. I can spot a great hairstylist since my mother has been doing hair for over 25yrs. I highly recommend Julie. She also speaks Spanish. I'll be rebooking in 2 months.

I came on a Thursday morning and die my hair blonde and Miss Mayra Mendez did such a wonderful work on my hair my family loves it and it looks way better than before was thank you JCPenney salon for the best service I had for my hair. I had read reviews for this location and then booked an appointment!! So glad I did! I got a haircut exactly as I wanted and had a truly wonderful experience here! The staff was so friendly and Alex was superb! She was great at sharing hair help and gave the best hair wash and cut I've had in a long time! I'm definitely going back for a color!
