JC Penney has changed their style of clothing back to the way it used to be. No more of the entire store being filled with contemporary styles that were totally unappealing. Clothing also seems to be of a better quality.
Customer service is always outstanding! All employees go out of their way to speak and greet you. Check out, returns and exchanges are very easy to find in the store.
I wish there were more stores and that they change their opening hours from 11am to either 9 or 10am!

Went in to return a jewelry order with my mom who had purchased it online for pick up. Something simple that would only take a few minutes. When we got to the jewelry counter, Reina was helping another customer. My mom and I stood there patiently with my two year old son who was very vocal, so there’s no way we went unnoticed. Reina made eye contact with us multiple times but clearly she didn’t have much background in decent communicative customer service so she didn’t say a word, when most people would say something along the lines of ‘I’ll be right with you’. A lady walked up and went to the other side of the counter. So my mom and I followed and got behind the lady who was now finally checking out as we had now been waiting over 20 minutes. The lady in front of us said ‘this lady looks like she’s in a hurry why don’t you help her?’ Reina looks directly at us and makes eye contact now for the third time and says ‘this lady was first’ as in the lady who cut us in line. That’s when my mom said ‘you know what just let her go’
When we got to the counter we told the rude employee we only had a simple return. We were beyond baffled at the lack of professionalism, and respect displayed by Reina. We will be sure to let corporate know as well.

One of my most favorite stores, until its time to checkout! The checkout area is so HOT ? and the process seems slow to me.

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Bonnie in the jewelry department. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, pleasant and so helpful. Customer service at its finest!

The store was nice and they had some good deals. The two shirts that came from there were not very much at all. This was a good experience.

Everyone who works at this store is super friendly and helpful. The variety is very good for the size of the store. Anytime they do not have my size they are willing to order it for you there, or I can order it from home. Prices are good. Lots of sales. Recommended!

While shopping at the JCP Clermont location I was asked to apply for a credit card. I was told that an additional 30% savings would be applied to my purchase. Further, the clerk stated that the 30% savings would apply for purchases that day and the following day. I had to exchange one of the dresses the next day. My husband selected a couple of items, expecting to receive the 30% additional discount that had been offered. I was told that offer was only valid for 24 hours! Of course I was not informed of that at the time of apply for the credit card!!! I explained that the offer was for "today" and "tomorrow", not 24 hours. Needless to say, we will not be shopping at the JCP Clermont location in the future. I will be destroying the JCP credit card too. There are too many other stores to shop!

Tried to buy a purse with my coupon yesterday and they wouldn't honor it so I did online ordering for same day pick up. Waited 2 hours and then got an email that they canceled it because it was out of stock. There were literally 4 purses there when I left 2 hours before. I know they didn't sell them all.

What is a non binary dressing room and why do I have to use it! I am a woman! I do not discriminate against others nor their beliefs but I will not be told I have to use the same fitting room as a man, by a JCP employee, who rolls her eyes at me when I say I prefer a woman's only fitting room. Shame on you JCP Clermont!
