This place something ELSE I walk in 2:35pm and walked around jewelry case's 2 women sales talking no HELP so I walked off came back I walked over there 3 more times still no one say hi hello can I help you NOTHING I bought my wife's wedding set from JCPenneys years ago in Sarasota and it's a busy store this place well..... Wish there was an option for 0 stars!!!

Dude--- what even is this store?? First off there was only like 5 other people in here at the time, and it was like a Friday evening-- and the clothes are from another time, like wouldn't get caught dead in half this stuff. Who is still shopping here?

Retyping my comment. The JCPenney's on US 27 and the one in Florida Mall sell good quality clothing and sneakers for reasonable prices. But this store has good sales associates and it's well maintained.

Clean store & courteous associates. Penneys is always reliable for what we need. Women's clothing in all the right sizes. And some plus sizes for me.

My family went and got pictures here and it was great! We were able to get some sentimental photos as well as some silly ones. The people who helped us were Maria (photographer) and Daniel (sales) and they were great!
