It’s just okay I guess. Kidding, the food was great and atmosphere was nice. That Logan fellow is pretty cool too- super friendly, always happy to help. Definitely recommend this place. :)

I've eaten at a LOT of Jimmy John's and a LOT of quick-serve places. This location and the team there stand out... every time I go in (maybe once every month or two, it's not exactly nearby where I live), I am greeted by genuine people who are not just shouting out without any interest in their voices.Yes, it's a quick-serve food place, but who doesn't appreciate being acknowledged by friendly people who seem like they're really there to help get you some great food?! I always order the same sandwich, which was made SO QUICKLY (Freaky Fast! as promised), but also exactly as ordered.Everything is always fresh, and more flavorful than any other sandwich chain... doesn't matter which JJ you go to, the food quality is there... but at this particular location, the team there is always friendly and at the ready. Makes the choice of where to go all that much better.I wish I'd gotten the 2 team members' names... one female at the register, and the male made my sandwich... I've never seen either of them before, including at this store, but THEY (besides the great food) made the experience one that keeps me coming back to that store.And in between, when "no one was watching," (it was late and near closing time), they still use gloves properly and proper sanitation practices as they were cleaning the store. Another plus (and often an unfortunate rarity for many other places).Was it "just" a sandwich for dinner? Sure, but it was not actually... it was an experience, and there are few of those out there any more, so kudos to the team working the closing shift on 2/17/24 - I'll be back because of the great sandwiches, and because of THEM!

Leaving a 1 star review for everything because we came to grab a sub at 6:40pm on a Friday night and they were CLOSED. The workers were sitting inside in the corner with all the lights off. ?

Always fast and friendly. Looks clean in the kitchen from the lobby, the dining area and restrooms are always clean too. Usually not busy, but I tend to go between lunch and dinner times.

This place does!First off, let's talk about the food. It's just top-notch. Whether you're a fan of their classic subs or like to mix it up with something from their 'Little John' menu, you can't go wrong. The ingredients always taste fresh, the bread is perfectly baked, and the portions are just right for a satisfying meal.But what really sets this Jimmy John's apart is the lightning-fast service. I never wait long for my order which is perfect for those days when you're in a rush and need a quick lunch that doesn't compromise on quality.Now, I've got to give a shout-out to the team here. The General Manager, Darryl, runs a tight ship. You can tell he's all about ensuring every customer leaves happy. And the staff, especially Logan and Angela, are always helpful and friendly. They remember your favorites if you're a regular!The cleanliness of the place is just the cherry on top. It's spotless from the counters to the dining area, making it a comfortable spot to grab a seat while having lunch.In short, if you're in Clermont and looking for a quick, delicious lunch that won't disappoint, swing by Jimmy John's. It's a great place to satisfy your sandwich cravings, and the team there makes sure your experience is nothing short of fantastic.

Jimmy John's in Clermont is without a doubt one of our top go-to spots for a delicious sub, along with the tastiest chips, pickles, and their signature kickin' ranch sauce! We find ourselves having lunch here quite often, perhaps more than I'd care to admit! The restaurant is consistently spotless, and the restroom facilities are well-maintained. The staff here are consistently welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall great experience.

Walk in and I’m the only customer. 4 employees standing behind counter staring at me and one asks what I want to order. Haven’t had two seconds to even look at the menu. Ordered Philadelphia sub with oil and no vinegar. What I received was mayonnaise spread heavily on both sides of the roll. A true Philly Italian sub would NEVER have Mayo. I tried to scrape it off with a knife and wipe it with napkins, but it was saturated and covered the tomatoes, lettuce and onions. Meanwhile two of the staff were bickering with each other. I wrapped up the sub, threw the mess away and left. Will never go back.

Unfortunately the girl working had the worst customer service. Asked for a napkin, since they’re none out and she seemed to be annoyed that I even asked. The whole experience when I walked through the door was very poor.

Didn't think it took a genius to add onions INSIDE the wrap, but I guess it was too much of a difficult task for Sarah who was making the sandwiches. She thought it was a bright idea to put the onions on the side. She had a total stank attitude from the moment we walked in. Shame on management and owners for not properly training their employees.
