Jerry is a total nut job. I was sent to drop off a work van that he worked on the day before and did not repair properly. He came out screaming about me parking in front of his door. He then proceeded to go on a total melt down that ended in him telling me to f myself. I drove away and refused to leave the vehicle there.Don't go here you have been warned

The rudest people I've ever talked to they treat you like your a problem I felt so disrespected before I ever got my car fixed I've never talked to more miserable people more rude people in my life I would recommend vibe in Clermont joyful and honest people

Called in about an issue with my car and said "I do fix those issues but not yours" and proceeded to hang up on me.Find yourselves a mechanic that will work with you or atleast guide you in a different direction if they cant do the work themselves. Dont waste your time.

Very unprofessional and rude.. I called for a estimate and rather to getting the estimate I got nothing but back talk , attitude and even insulted lol. I guess some people just dont know what customer service is or how reputation is built.

The old guy here is very rude, unprofessional an Cero in customer service..I was looking an estimate for fuel pump replacement. He told me: The price depend of the part cost, and I answered: I got the part with me. I just I looking for the labor. The older guy close the door in my face and said install for yourself !!

My grandfather just had a $1000 dollar repair on the vehicle done here, in which I am told the mechanic pulled apart the dash and replaced the evaporator. When the vehicle came back, my grandfather had been driving it with no oil. I had to put almost 4.5 quarts of oil into an engine that takes 5 quarts. Clearly the oil was removed from the engine and not replaced, but Jerry would neither admit that it was his fault, nor accept that he should perform a series of basic checks on vehicles that come into his shop, like other professional establishments do. The vehicle could have been totaled had I not happened to borrow it and discover the problem. Instead of being helpful, he simply told me "he wasn't paid to check anything in the engine" despite just telling me he replaced the evaporator, which is in the engine bay, and proceeded to yell and cuss me out. I have recommended my grandfather take his custom elsewhere, and I recommend it to anyone who sees this. No mechanic should fail to perform standard checks on every single vehicle that enters his care. No mechanic should ever release a vehicle from his care in literal danger of the engine exploding. Horrible service, horrible attitude!Services: Electrical repair

Were do i start i took my truck 2007 silverado with a 4.8 engine to jones racing in April of 2021 because it was making a weird noise on the top of the motor. just a noise no smoke from tail pipe no power loss but a terrible noise. he told me my cam was worn and needed replaced.so i agreed to the service ,he had the truck two weeks.i paid him approximately 2400$ over the phone then picked the truck after hours and drove home .well not more than 30 miles later it started smoking really bad so i had the truck towed back to him .he had it for another week. He said he had the vacum lines on wrong and it was sucking oil.so i picked it up a week later and once again it started smoking with in 25 miles.so i had it towed back again to his shop.Unfortunately he called and said must be the valve seals.i mean he took the heads off and replaced the head gasket and had the heads shaved down and cleaned no good mechanic would send heads off to get them clean and not rebuild them with new seals etc. so i gave him another 250$ to replace the valve stem seals.he had the truck for two more weeks .i went again after hours because i work until 5:30 pm.well this time i only made it 9 miles up the road and smoke was pouring from my tail pipe.so i had it towed back to his shop Again .so now jerry is telling me your motor has alot of miles on it and thats your problem.well jerry the truck still smoking and i have given up on jones racing! So folks that has been my experience at jones racing.he should probably just stick to oil changes and fixing lawn mowers.now i will go in search of a real mechanic. not sure if i want to take him to court or not .and yes he is rude . i tried to give him a chance due to his long standing in the area. but i am the FOOL!

I dropped my 2007 4.8 silverado off with Jerry via tow truck.It turns out i had a worn cam and bent push rods,lifters etc.He replaced the cam with a 6.0 reman.and new everything else.He had it done in a week at a great price.I would highly recommend him to all.GREAT JOB JERRY!!Service: Engine repair

Stopped by Mr. Jones shop to see if he can build a new engine for my 1994 Corvette. Spent over an hour talking to Mr. Jones about what I want to do and was very informative and respectful. For those of you that gave this man a one star....ya’ll just crying little snowflakes. Definitely plan on bringing my corvette to him after our conversation

As a business owner, I cannot fathom how a business with such unprofessional customer service can still exist. Being they are off of the main drag, we were driving through town on way back to WPB. Our engine started sputtering. With 3 kids in the car, it was quite concerning. This man has ZERO compassion. Watched him be rude to the lady in front of me and then he proceeded to complain to my husband to move his truck and with rude demeanor, totally unnecessary considering we were parked in front of his business I sparking space. Lol. I asked him if he was able to take a look at our truck and explained our situation. He rudely put his hands up in air and said with a attitude that he doesn’t have time. I can totally understand not having tome but I can’t understand the attitude or the yelling of us to move our truck? We ended up a Bees mechanic shop, they were pleasant and hooked our truck up to the machine. Though they couldn’t fix it, they assured us we would make it home and they were very kind and compassionate to our situation. If your considering Jones, save yourself and call Bees auto repair. Jones is a rude man you and you don’t need that kind of frustration on your life.
