Probably the worst customer service on the planet. I walked in and some poor lady was sobbing because something happened to her ring, not sure of the situation, but for someone to be sobbing, plus what I encountered next, I'm sure it was on them. They finally get to me and tell me there's NO WAY I purchased a Gucci watch from Kay's because they don't sell that, one coworker asks the other with a snarky attitude, "oh Kay doesn't sell Gucci right" and they both look at me like I'm lying because "she's been in the business 8 years and she's never seen that". I had to make her look me up to find my warranty for servicing/battery on a watch I bought years ago at a Kay jewelers for my husband. RUDE RUDE RUDE. That's not the way you talk to people, even if you thought I was wrong, I'm a customer. I hope they come off their high horse and realize they sell the jewelry, they don't own it.

Took my mother's engagement ring in to be resized, as that is what my boyfriend and I were going to use. The lady who sized my finger tried a size 8 on my finger and when I told her it was tight she said well let's try a 7.5 when that didn't work because it us TOO SMALL she said okay you're a size 8. When I told her that the 8 was still too small she told me no that I was an 8, my finger must just be swollen. My ring was sent away to be sized. I was called a week later being told that the job couldn't be done because the band was titanium and that I would receive a full refund. I went in to pick up the ring and when the woman handed it to me she said the ring had been sized to a size 8. I told her yea but it wasn't actually done and that I had received a call saying it couldn't be done and I'd be getting a refund. She replied no it has been resized. I restated what I was told on the phone and she pulled out the size stick and the stick said it was sized up to an 8. When examining the ring, the band of my ring is now two toned. Its the silver titanium and some new gold color. I stated that to her too and told her that 8 wasn't the right size to begin with and she said well there's nothing i can do the job was done. I then said the ring is now gold, and she blamed the gold on the ring not being able to be polished. Over all really bad experience and now my mothers engagement ring is ruined.

We went in to get my fiancé’s wedding band and our experience was very pleasant. Cheryl helped us and unfortunately I can’t recall the other lady that had also assisted us, were very helpful with what we wanted, sizing and getting his ring resized. Thank you ladies

I went in to get a necklace repaired and it was not an easy job. This is a job. I regret not getting the girl's name who helped me but she did not quit until she got it fixed. I am so grateful for her tenacity and working to fix my necklace.

I want to give 5 stars for the ring my husband bought for me from Kay Jewelers in the Lake Square mall because it’s absolutely stunning but I can’t. The employees ruin it completely, but as you can see from the other reviews, that is apparently normal for this store. The young man who begrudgingly assisted me twice, first when I took the ring to get sized and today when I went to pick it up (salesperson 013535783 because I don’t know his name) barely even acknowledged us, and didn’t say one word to us, even as we were looking at bands to compliment the new ring. I saw the perfect band and I would have bought it today, but because of that rude, aloof young man, we will take our business elsewhere. Somewhere that knows how to treat their customers. It’s hard to believe Kay Jewelers corporate or upper management, or whatever doesn’t see the multitude of negative reviews and take steps to address this. You’ve lost this customer.

Love this jewelry store! Cheryl Green usually helps us and is always so friendly and knowledgeable about any questions we have. We always have our rings inspected here and she also directs us to new items featured on display. The store is clean and display cases attractive.

Very poor customer service. I would not go back to this location of Kay after the rude associates here. Paid a lot for our rings and had issues with them and they were not very pleasant and lacked communication. Won't be back.

The workers at this location are very kind and knowledgeable. They encourage you style and offer suggestions but they are not pushy, at all. I am so thankful for this Kay Jewlers location. Love these girls!

Change your hours online. Such an inconvenience driving out here to see the regular hours aren’t even the same as online. You should update to your temporary hours online so customers aren’t wasting their time. Which are also much different than what’s posted.Professionalism is lacking here. I’ll rate again when they can fix their issues.
