Very unpleasant, we were served by an employee named Miromia, from the moment we arrived at the establishment they were talking and laughing, when we called her attention to serve us she reluctantly told us that we had to wait at least 25 minutes to be able to serve us, that we had I went to place the digital order, after we placed the digital order, they immediately charged us cash and did not tell us that we had to modify our order and did not allow us to order what we wanted. Miromia told us it was impossible. Then the leader crew attended to us and told us the same thing but in a better way, it seems that they agreed. Within 20 minutes Miromia was serving other costumers at the time he told us we had to wait. He treated us quite badly.

Service a 0. Service deplorable. Don't hire people that can't work when it's rush hour. You can't keep a simple order in your head. People put pre-orders in so they are ready when they come to pick up at the set time not have to wait to get your pre-order. On top of it all have an attitude because you are not organized. When we tell you that you have given us the incorrect order you tell me "oh I packed this order myself". What does that matter, if you pack this order yourself; Why am I missing items? Why did you give me 2 of the same item when I ordered 5 different items? Why bother telling me you packed this yourself obviously you packed it wrong, because you didn't give me one of the items so how can I trust that the 2 items that I'm telling you that are the same are correct like you claim it is. I have taste buds. I know what thaste the same. That's like someone telling me peanut butter and jelly sandwich taste like a deluxe chicken sandwich. Retraining is definitely needed for this location. Learning how to deal with customers during rush hour and also learning to have a better attitude all needed for this location.

The best fries ever!!! The food was good, but.... some of the tables were dirty and the A/C was so cold.

Im giving 5 stars because that is the service that you should give. Hopefully next time it is. I had a cashier with attitude today. She also forgot my biscuit. But yesterday evening I had the best 2 piece w/ mashed potatoes. My mother also used to work at KFC. Im just a generational customer who wants yummy food. Bye!

I couldn’t believe how rude the employees and manager Mari was. When I pulled to the drive Through and tried to pick up my order I was told that it was already picked up, how could someone pick up my order without a confirmation code or name? I was told there was nothing that they could do and Mari continued to yell and get nasty with me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. And think that something need to be done about the staff and they’re attitude, non of the employees where minors so there was no rea for all the disrespect that I had to endure. My money was stolen and there was nothing they could do?

Always something with this particular store. Today they gave away our order to someone else or so they claim.They refused to remake or refund. I was ready to call the LCSO to make a report when the manager Mari said she would remake. She would not give her last name but will still call corporate. Always some with this store, last time our order was missing items, the time before that I was missing a piece of chicken on a 8 piece family meal. a couple of other times they were open and advised they had no chicken. My advise is go to a different KFC or go to Popeys. Here is a pic of the that manager being reported.

I have more than 35 minutes sitting waiting for a service of 12 pieces they came out they said 18 minutes and 30 minutes have passed and they still have not served the order the people as if no one existed we arrived at the cashier there is no display case that serves you have to call them it is the worst in the services

Went yesterday this was probably my 2nd time and once again same thing drive up window doesn't work so they told us to come in I go in to find out that there system deleted the order so now I have to reorder I reorder everything and I hear those famous words your all set I said is that everything and they said (yes) well you would think I would learn my lesson as everyone who's delt.with drive thru and fast food if you don't check the bag I drive back home to find out that half my order is missing as usually plus the chicken was probably the worst I ever have didn't even taste like chicken im sorry folks I believe that when paying for food and service I like to get the service that I'm paying for im am so tired of this I won't go there anymore the food was bad the service was terrible and there equipment is out dated if you like kfc go somewhere else

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Manager Mr Hernan does NOT know how to do his job. He did not gave us our food and did not wanted to issue a refund. I have to call my bank and send them a video of what was happening for them to dispute the charges. The line was horrendous (drive thru). My order said it was ready at 7:15. It was 7:51 the manager did not wanted to talk to customers, customers were aggravated because no order was out and their order said completed and it was not even prepared. When asked by customers including myself to give us a refund because we did not wanted the food he proceded to call the police. More than 10 people were mad and fighting with this so called manager for a refund.

The food tastes good. But the attention is terrible. The workers are on their cell phones and do not attend to the clients and when one calls them they act crazy and one throws the ball to the other while the client waits, it is a lack of respect. The tables were dirty and messy.
