Amazon return, fast and great customer service. Made a purchase, took a little long at the register since they only had 2 registers opened but service was great. Always great customer service here. Store was clean.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff has given me a few dirty looks. But I listened to a chapter of an audiobook here and it was a pleasant experience. So… 3 stars for that I guess.

Giana at the Sephora inside of Kohls so very knowledgeable helpful and kind I enjoyed having her help me look for new skincare products that I was interested in!!

I have shopped at this Kohls a few times. I completed an online order for pick up “in store” yesterday. However I did not get the email confirming it was ready (totally my fault) but when I went to pick it up (prematurely) the person at the counter acted as if I was bothering her. I proceeded to go back and buy the item again and she said that it will be returned after a week once the order presents itself. All good information but the tone and attitude could have been better.

This store has gone so far downhill it isn't even funny anymore. Clothes everywhere that looks like it hasn't been organized or folded in MONTHS! The floor of the fittings rooms had so much dirt and trash that it turned my socks black after trying on 4 things. This store name should be changed to Kohls Outlet or Clearance because the piles of Clearance racks everywhere outnumber the other clothes. Nothing is organized anywhere and it is just a disgusting feeling. Then you took away half the registers and only had 1 cashier on a Saturday. Sorry not doing self checkout....I already worked my 40 hours this week....actually more! So tired of this store looking worse than Walmart or Flea Market! No one seems to care from management either. JCPenny thanks you because I buy more stuff from them now and avoid this Kohls at much as humanly possible! When we have time we drive the 45 minutes to go to a different store!

Kohls is getting more and more restrictive with their coupons. Why even bother sending them out anymore, and why should I bother even bringing them to the store. This store is getting very frustrating to shop at.

One of my "go to" stores. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. They are well staffed. Merchandise variety is good. They will help you order anything not in stock. Sales are great! Recommend!!
