Scheduled the first available appointment which was over 2 weeks wait. I arrived early and checked in only to be told they didn't have time for me and that it was their internal scheduling error. I fasted for 14 hours and made arrangements with work. I asked when they could see me and they did not offer another appointment just said I could walk-in and it would probably be fine. There was another individual who was experiencing a similar situation who loudly stated this was her third time coming with similar issues. Not sure what is going on from a scheduling perspective but it was very inconsiderate towards the patients.

While bloodwork makes me nervous, my tech by the name of Omayra was absolutely Omazing!! And Jaime at check in was fantastic ? made me feel completely at ease.

Had am appointment at 9:15. Got there at 9 and checked in at their scanner. 20 people in the waiting area. Not sure if they all had appointments. I kind of think they did not. So why make an appointment? Left at 10:00. This place is a joke. I'll go to the hospital for my lab work. And if I have to wait so be it because they have more than 2 people working.

I was there like a hour I haven’t been call yet slow person in the desk looks like she doesn’t know what she doing I always go to the Davenport one today I decided to go there since I was close by to check out to do the blood test for my daughter every person she call she takes like 15 minutes to check in worse place

The always are short staffed and turn people away 15 minutes before their lunch time. They’ve done it to me 3 times and to my friend twice.

We were there yesterday with my 6 year old son, he is very nervous and usually starts crying when he goes to the doctor or in this case for his blood tests. The staff were very friendly from arrival, they helped us deal with our son's attitude and they were friendly and very tolerant and the sample taking was quick and hassle-free.
We are more than happy to have been able to perform the exams on our son and for the help and support we received. Thank you very much LabCorp and its staff, without a doubt highly recommended.

I came here for a routine work blood draw. I'm pretty sure they mixed up my results with someone else. I'm 5'5, they have me down as 4'7 and all my measurements are off. I hate giving blood and will have to go to another labcorp because of this misinformation

The worst...I am bruised from the worst blood draw ever. There is no reason for bruises if the phlebotomist is experienced or just careful. We are all victims of socialized medicine.

Smooth process from start to finish. Walked in on a Tuesday morning at 9:35 and was out by 9:55. Staff was professional, and the facility was clean with plenty of sitting.

This place is trash. And I’m not referring to cleanliness. Every person in here is rude, dismissive and incompetent. The most disgusting excuse of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unfortunately this is the closest lab to me and due to the nature of my work it’s what’s convenient so I have to settle. They need to get rid of everyone here and hire all new staff.

In 60m, with 2 technicians only 3 people successfully got their blood drawn. Appointment or not, holy cow this is the slowest I've ever seen a LabCorp/Quest. I assure you it was for naught. This lady couldn't keep track of her paperwork, who she'd helped and who hadn't been helped. She almost drew the same man's blood twice (him and his wife had appointments). Like talk about legal liability. This is the type of facility where you hear about someone's fluids getting swapped or someone getting misdiagnosed with cancer or something because the lab screwed up the paperwork. Not trying to be a total j**** but I'm calling it now, legal liability*FYI, after an hour of watching this lady mess up 3 different people's paperwork- I left on account of not wanting my child to become a victim to poor medical practice and what repercussions may follow.
