This morning was my first time at this location, and all I can say is "WOW". Check in was a simple process, and the staff were so kind, friendly, patient, and helpful. I will definitely be using this location for any future labs I need done.

Terrible experience, no one in the waiting room , waited for 30 mins without being spoken to once , yet there was a party going on in the backroom.

Takes forever. Sign in process sucks when their self check in system goes down. They have you sign in on paper but as people walk in if I guess if they like their appearance better they sign them immediately in while leaving the sign in sheet untouched. Over the years this place has steadily gotten as bad a quest. My next labs I'll either got to hospital outpatient labs or use Vista but it's a wrap for labcorp. I know many don't have the option and these companies count on that and get away with poor customer service.

A lot of these complaints are from people that seem to forget they ALSO want to go home on time from their job. The entire staff is pleasant- I don't need you to be nice to complete a blood draw, but it's a good plus. The reception put up with my technical issues and was really accommodating when I came back the next day. The technician was very fast. I'm not sure what makes that a bad thing to everyone else; I want a phlebotomist that barely has to look at me during the draw because that's a phlebotomist that knows what they're doing and I don't need a three hour conversation.
Stop going to these locations and acting like you're shocked they're closed before 3 or that you didn't get 5 star hotel services at a LAB FACILITY. I was in and out in 45 minutes, better than any Dr visit I've ever been to. The entitlement that they should do a medical procedure 10 minutes prior to close just because a sign says so- they've all been there since before 6:30 am and they'll have to do a lot more than just lock the door before they get to leave. Medical waste must be cleaned appropriately. And these people all have lives too. So next time you're anxiously waiting to clock out- remember that feeling when you demand services, and a pleasant attitude, while being the reason someone else leaves late. You can get that blood drawn tomorrow. Report LabCorp to the BBB if you feel like the closing times aren't appropriate because the actual staff is fine and the lab is clean.

I have been using Labcorp every 3-6 months for 8 years now, and this location is by far my favorite. The staff is very wonderful and even thought they are always packed they move through the lines as quickly and efficiently as they can. This location has become very popular, so I highly recommend getting an appointment, if you don't you may have to wait awhile, but again they will move through the line very fast. Longest I have ever waited with out an appointment was 40 minutes and I was out in under an hour.

I got to location at 2:00 pm leaving straight from the doctor. My check process was not bad but the lady that took my blood kept telling me the last blood draw was at 2:30 next time I need to come earlier they open early. Kept repeating it like she had no sense. That little lady should find another job if she doesn’t like the one she has. She was in such a rush to take my blood to get to the others that walked in behind me as if she doesn’t know as long as we come before closing we have to be service. My 1st time ever having my labs where my hand was burning uncontrollable. Blood was taken from my hand which I am used too but this blood draw was careless all because it was almost closing & she was ready to go home. 2 weeks later my hands still hurts so bad as if something got damaged in the process. I am going to give it another week to see if the pain finally goes away & if not I am going to start legal proceedings . No one should be harm in the process of getting blood drawn because the worker is rushing & during the whole process telling me next time come earlier. I come whenever I want because the establishment was not close yet. I can’t even perform my job duties well because my hand is in constant pain since my blood was taken by that short lady from India or wherever she is from. SMH! Pray my hand gets better!

The lady at the front counter. I believe her name is Chris on 8/8 was so helpful and friendly. I made the wrong appointment and she took care of everything and made everything right. Thank you!

Having had a bad experience with the LabCorp that was near the hospital years ago, I was very pleasantly surprised with this location.
Check in was simple, and the wait was short and the phlebotomists were excellent.
I have no complaints, I will be back when necessary.

Tammy was amazing. She was the receptionist and nurse all at once. She managed the high morning traffic, she was kind and helpful to all. Pls keep her and give her a raise! It’s so hard to find good employees like her nowadays.

Hours of operation are posted 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:50pm to find lights off and door locked after driving 1 hour. This is my 2nd LabCorp today. UNACCEPTABLE!
