I am very happy with the scrubs I purchased and the custom embroidery. They were also able to order scrub colors that I needed.They were professional with fabulous follow up. Definitely recommended!

Inventory is low and Inventory chain partners are unable to complete requests within reasonable amount of time. My order took over a month to obtain scrub pants only.

If I could give this establishment less than 1 star I would. When picking up my daughters uniforms I tried to address the fact that the logos were stitched on cooked & in different places. A very rude young man explained to me that he had to stretch the shirts to get the logo on to them and he highlighted an issue with the size of the font given from the school.I expressed that I was displeased with the quality of the work done & he proceeded to ask me ‘Why do you care - it’s for a 4 year old?’A young lady behind the desk apologized to me for the exchange. I asked for the contact information for the owners & proceed to leave a message for them.I received a phone call today from the owner of the establishment denying my exchange completely. I was told that they watched the camera & nothing of what I claimed actually happened. I’ve never in my life experienced such poor customer service & for a small business owner to not take ownership of the unpleasant experience & simply apologize for the mishap is pathetic.These people have much to learn in the way of simple kindness & customer service conflict resolution.

Amazing customer service from Vanee! Today was my first time in this store and I was not disappointed. She was very professional and helped me from length to size and comfort. She made it so easy. In and out in less than 10 mins with exactly want I wanted and completely satisfied. I definitely recommend shopping here for your scrub needs!!

Link Uniforms are really good place to purchase scrub uniforms, lab jackets, as well as other medical uniform accessories. I had a pleasant experience there back in late March when I bought an embroidery lab jacket. The customer service was excellent. Clerk was very nice, helpful, and had patience with me be undecisive lol. She was a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend this place.

2 people looking and reviewing orders for embroidery. Felt like they were too busy to help. Uniforms were $30 per piece for what I ended up getting at Walmart for $20 a piece.

The quality of the clothes and embroidery is good, but getting my kids’ school uniforms in a timely fashion has been a nightmare. It’s been over a month since I placed my order and I am still waiting on four items. I understand covid is causing delays but I have been told multiple times “by the end of the week,” and then nothing. I even switched to a different style polo that was supposedly in stock but that didn’t seem to help. If the customer service was better, I would have considered more stars but I’ve barely gotten an apology much less a future credit or something to make things right.
