I've been bringing my puppy to this groomer for the past four years, and I couldn't be happier with the care they provide. They treat him like their own, ensuring he always looks his best and is well taken care of. Their customer service is top-notch, and scheduling appointments is always a breeze. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about your pet!

I’m mortified about what they did to my dog. How did I leave them with my dog looking like pictures 1 & 2 and come back home with picture 3? Before I had left, I told the groomer to keep her hair long. When I picked her up, they said they shaved my dog due to “previous notes” but who would want their beautiful dog’s hair to be all cut off for no reason?? Having all of my dog’s hair cut off is NOT a preference I would ever ask for. I asked if her hair was matted to give them the benefit of the doubt but they said no. It’s gonna take MONTHS for her hair to grow back. I’m so upset.

Today I took my yorkie in for his first grooming. I paid $70 for them to give him a cute yorkie cut with a teddy bear face. THEY SHAVED MY 8 month old yorkie! His hair is different length later all over his body. His face has longer hair in the left and shorter on the right. I’m in shock at how and what they did to my baby. Don’t take your dogs there. And if you do beware of the horror that you might end up with. It’s unfortunate that my baby went through his first grooming from a horrible establishment! I want moy money back!

Never going back & cancelled my cc payment. My dog loved going to the groomer for almost 3 years... Now we move & go to a new groomer & she has come home several times with mats, not really clean, it took 1/2 the day & she doesn't want to go in & starts shaking...I watched thru the window to see a guy ripping her tail hair out by the handfuls...I talked with the manager to have her tell me that was normal & everything else was normal & had no intent to help or even reimburse me...Don't take your furrbabies here!

It was our first time at the Loving Hands Grooming place. The groomers were very friendly and did a very good job for our short haired basset hound mix doggie Casey. The nails were trimmed exactly the way we described to them. They were very understanding of our dog's behavior traits and anxiety. It was nice of the groomers to consider not to spray much fragrances at the end of the session because we are allergic to some of them. We definitely will return in the future.

I will not go back again! They have flees there. My dog takes Nexgard so she doesn’t get flees and she did. As soon as we left she was itching like crazy going nuts got her home and looked on her belly flees were crawling on her. They need to bomb that place and get the flees under control, it was so GROSS.

If you are considering this groomer Be VERY VERY specific with what you request. Poor pup was groomed completely opposite of what was expected and from what he typically gets. If you are dissatisfied, don’t bother expressing it, all they do is “note it down” for next time. We won’t be back to them.
