We love our local Lowe's. They always seem to have what we need. (Mostly). The staff is very friendly and accommodating when you can find them. It's Wonderful to walk through the garden center and see all the pollinators and tiny wildlife at work. Like this little frog buddy I found shopping for pepper plants the other day!

My review of Lowe's is on their corporate return policy. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous I had proof of purchase on my Lowe's app and they still would not even issue store credit. They advised me that 3 months ago they changed their return policy and I needed the credit card or the receipt. I purchased these items on a gift card and didn't have a receipt but it was on the app. They refused to issue me another store credit. This is horrible customer service and I will bring my business back to Home Depot. Lowe's you should be ashamed of your company's policy.

The last trip was fine as I only needed a sprinkler head. However, the previous trip was not so great. My time was wasted with a sales pitch for a Lowe's Pro credit card that I don't need. The part I went there for was not available and they talked me into buying one that did not work.
