“I cannot speak highly enough of this company! My partner and I were at Universal Studios Orlando for a week but after the first day in the parks my back and feet were screaming. I tried to rest up and go back the next day and had to call it quits before noon. Yellow Scooters saved my trip! I submitted a rental request on Tuesday and got a call that evening from a gal apologizing that they wouldn’t be able to deliver that night but they could the next morning. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was friendly and communicative. When the first scooter they brought me had a problem with the battery they delivered a whole new scooter to the park I was at and traded it out for me! That’s above and beyond, I wish I’d had cash to tip Guy, the delivery driver.
Very reasonably priced, friendly, and do what they can to help as quickly as possible. I will absolutely rent from this company again in the future!”
