WOW!!! So don't appreciate my daughter and granddaughter waiting an hour!!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere!!!! So incompetent! Can't even keep track of a prescription! Can't answer the phone or call a customer after your message says you'll call them back!! AND DEFINITELY CAN'T follow through on what they say!! I don't believe a word they said about not receiving my prescription in MAY! Just unprofessional!! Totally disgusting!!

I have never been treated so poorly from a pharmacist in my lifetime! My doctor sent over the prescriptions to Medicap Pharmacy and when I would call to get an update I couldn't because the voice mail was full and there is no online app to track the progress. When I finally reached the pharmacist he had plenty of excuses on why it took over seven days to get the prescriptions and he could never give me a definite date due to his pharmacy not getting medicine daily like most pharmacy's . The pharmacist is also the owner and his customer service skills are at the rock bottom. He never tried to resolve my matter but instead gave me reasons why he was " too busy" to deal with me. Even on the phone he was so ignorant. I wanted to give Medicap Pharmacy a chance as it is a small town drug store and I thought I would be treated better then the big box drug stores but in this case I was so wrong and I have now transferred all my prescriptions back to the big box drug stores. I wish I looked at these negative reviews before I went to Medicap Pharmacy !

I read with disbelief the two negative reviews of this compounding pharmacy and it's proprietor, Gene. I was in desperate need of a special medication which was called in by my medical specialist. I called the pharmacy hoping to speed up the process and to possibly arrange pickup of the medication for transport to my treating physician. Gene answered the phone. He was polite and professional. He asked me when I needed the medication and promised to have it ready by 10:00 am the next morning. True to his word the medication was ready promptly at the opening of his establishment at 10:00am. Upon my arrival, Gene greeted me and again displayed friendly and professional manner. The medication was ready and I was quickly on my way to my specialist's office. I recommend this business without hesitation and I thank Gene for his role in getting me to feel better as quickly as possible.

The customer service is garbage! The pharmacist sold me cheap quality compression socks that I purchased for post surgery. I also purchased glue that he said would help keep the socks on my legs. Not only would they not stay on my legs, but they kept rolling down right over where I just had surgery on my leg, causing me unnecessary brusing. Of course when I called him the next day to explained what happened, he could care less. Be basically told me I’m SOL and out $140. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I went on Amazon and got exactly what I needed for $60 and they work perfectly. I tried supporting a independently own business during a hard time in our economy, and ultimately got screwed over.

Rude heavily biased staff, if youre from out of town go to the CVS or Walgreens, the owner of this place only likes to do business with his own. I travel for work and frequently need to refill my prescriptions on the road, I prefer to do business with local pharmacies, but this place has a grown adult picking up the phone and listening instead of asking whos calling, then hangs up, all I needed was insulin. Ive reported the store to the county board of health since its now a crime to refuse medication service

Gene was great as he looked out for me and checked first with my doctor and filled my meds quickly. I believe his wife is so sweet as she helped me with a few things. I'm glad I can have my meds with a smaller pharmacy so I'm not just a number. Thank you Gene!
