I was just completely mistreated by the employee who claims to be the store manager, Berenice. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful all while vaping during the interaction.
I had been to this store before and was very well assisted by the employee Maria. However, this time was completely disappointing.
Berenice refused to help me and, in a sarcastic tone, said there was nothing she could do. She told me that if I wanted to resolve anything, I would need to contact customer service myself. She didn’t even make an effort to act as a Metro by T-Mobile representative and call the support line, which is specifically for store representatives.
I do not recommend this place. It’s frustrating to see people who are clearly not prepared to work with the public holding positions like this.

I’d like to thank and recognize Maria for her outstanding service. She was very professional, kind, and attentive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend this store!

Treated horrible today at the store ..went to T-Mobile to spend my money instead. The “them” “they” was more concerned about his food than helping me, constantly asked WHATS YOUR BUDGET !! Before even opening my account 👎🏽!! No one attending the floor then were in the back.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CAME TO UOGRADE PHONE. EMPLOYEE DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE MY DAMILY AND AFTER 20 MINS OF WALKING AROUND STORE. DO BETTER..... WE ARE LOCALS AND WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Metro is okay to give me a good deal... I got a tablet and phone.. they might be number one they have the best deals going on right now. Please go to your local Metro store and check them out

I had an amazing experience with Bernice at Metro by T-Mobile! She was super nice, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. Her customer service was outstanding, and she made sure all my concerns were addressed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful. Thank you, Bernice, for making my visit such a pleasant one! Highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.

Store very unprofessional …he deactivated our lines and took out our SIM card because we were lacking $10…and said he could not assist anymore or call customer service on our behalf because our phones were suspended and he ignored us while the representative tried to talk to him because he had earphones his ear and trying to avoid we ask to speak to manager he said they were unavailable..I have never had a problem with MetroPCS I’m a valuable customer..I have been to plenty metros with great service and have always called customer service on my behalf if needed..this store was not a good representation of Metro..I would definitely not recommend this store…ChristIan was not very helpful

They charge you for something you didn't ask for and when you ask for a refund they act brave so you don't complain, horrible service!!!
