I had not been in Michael's until today. Very hard to find my item...a piggy bank! I did not realize they are not easy to find in stores. On line, yes. But with help from customers in the store and getting a lady worker, they helped me find a white piggy bank and paint to have my 6 year old decorate it herself. I made some friends and a store with wonderful ideas to learn/teach others by making them come to life with different ideas! I appreciate all the help from store workers and kind customers.

The store may do away with team members. The store has declined in service standards since the installation of self cash out. Not a worker in sight.

Anthony from framing is the absolute best, super kind and courteous. He went above and beyond for me when I had to get two very important pieces framed. He was incredibly patient in helping me pick out a frame and also in helping me find the best price. Genuinely appreciate him, and I hope that Michael’s gives him the recognition he deserves! I’ll be back, and I’ll be sure to ask for Anthony when getting my items framed again! ?
