DO NOT go here. They are all about money. Went for first visit and had to pay $119. Only to find out I had to go to another doctor and come back and pay another $139 and plus the lab work.

The Minute clinic seems like it could be decent but if you don’t have an appointment or you don’t catch someone when they come from the back with a patient you’ll be waiting forever. There’s no one at the front to assist with questions/information. Thankfully, after waiting about 25 minutes, someone came from the back and assisted me but I had to wait about another 10 minutes or so for her to get a response from the doctor. It’s quite annoying. I want to add, the lady that assisted me was very pleasant!

I visited minute clinic with cold , flu , bad cough symptoms. I saw Drenashe was very thorough checking me and then giving me a Covid test . She is a good communicator and asked me important questions in our visit. I am happy with her prognosis, and recommendations and prescriptions was what I thought was correct. Thank you Drena Hayes

I came in and got what I needed, quickly and efficiently. What I got and DIDN'T need was the dramatics and not-so-subtle judgement towards my diagnosis. Vaccination status vs. diagnosis has its clinical opinion, but to be treated like I deserved my diagnosis due to a personal and seemingly "wrong" choice was completely unprofessional, subtle or not. At that point I would have felt better if they paraded me around the store with a scarlet letter, then the intention would have been clear and not hinted at. At least I got what I needed.

Made an appointment- showed up 15 mins early as directed, checked in & proceeded to watch several others without appointments check in after me & be seen before me. Disappointing. Go elsewhere

Made an appointment for a TB test required by an employer. Waited 45 minutes to have test… states they are a kittle behind. Appointment time is to get you in the door. Don’t go unless you have all day to wait and no other option. Just to update… was seen 50 minutes after scheduled… the reason for delay… the NP thought the RN was going to administer the test… but kept calling other people. My interpretation is the RN probably did not know how to do the TB test but fid not communicate this to the NP.

I brought my daughter in for a suspected ear infection last week. The check in process was smooth and the two women had wonderful bedside manner. Super kind; nothing negative to say there. She was given oral antibiotics and after completing the treatment my daughters pain had gotten worse. I called looking for answers on what to do next and was told the nurse practitioner would return my call. It’s been a few days and I definitely don’t think they’re calling me back. I ended up finally getting an appointment at her pediatricians office and they believe minute clinic treated her for the wrong type of infection (she needed medicated drops not oral antibiotics). So upset I spent close to $200 here for nothing. My advise is wait to see your regular doctor.

Been here twice for vaccines. The store is well maintained and clean, employees are helpful and quick. The minute clinic was hit or miss. First appointment we waited significantly past our appointment time to be seen (and it was just for one shot). The second time we only waited about 15 minutes from check in until we were called back for the shot. I'll go here again in a pinch but it isn't my go to place.

They are using the clinic for Covid testing instead of it’s intended use, for sick people!!! There are no appointments available online because appointments are being booked for the Covid tests. Why not use the pharmacy like all of cvs and save this for actual people who need care? I begged the nurse to take me as a walk in as NO ONE was there and she was just sitting there waiting for test results and she said she could not. On the website it says “walk ins welcome” but apparently not!!! Don’t go here!!! Spend the extra money on an urgent care and get some real help.

Checked in at 6:45 pm for a 7:00 pm vaccination appointment. I was briefly acknowledged by the provider as being there for a vaccination only appointment at 7:20. By 8:30 pm and another person still waiting in front of me, I calculated after 9 pm before I would be seen. I walked over and asked the pharmacist if they could do it and after another half hour was finally on my way. The pharmacist was professional. The provider and the appointment scheduling system in the Minute Clinic were not.

Worst place to go! I took my 8 year old daughter here today at 2pm 30 minutes before they closed and the doctor refused to see her because (she said) I leave at 230. All I need is to make sure my daughter was ok. She was complaining of pain in her ear. The doctor didn’t care at all just wanted to leave. I told her the time says open till 2:30 but she said she leave at 2:30. She told me to just take her to the ER

Not only was there no options for anything non covid related, once I finally got a real person on the phone, instead of helping me she decided to hang up on me and when I tried calling again I was put on hold for 20 minutes. When I called from a different number my call was answered right away. This pharmacist is a disgrace. Will never ever let any of my loved ones ever choose cvs because clearly they DO NOT CARE!!!
