I would review it zero stars, THE WORST customer service by far. They didn't answer my email request and when I stopped by to inquire about it was told to just go to Office Depot. That there was a fee to download files. Ridiculous. I have been to other locations and not been treated this poorly.

I needed new business cards and had no idea how to design them. Meet with them showed them a few things and within no time they had the card designed. Very happy with my new business cards I also had them design the my brochures. They do great work and have helped me out even when I gave them short notice.
