This place is VERY hit or miss, and on my last visit my nail tech was very aggressive and left me with rings of fire on multiple nails. It was so painful during the process that I was flinching, but she persisted in the same manner. At the end she had the audacity to explain to me that these are normal, and likely due to my nail bed being compromised/sensitive. However as someone who also works in the beauty industry, I’m well aware this was caused by her aggressive use of the e-file. Unfortunately due to this experience, I don’t feel comfortable returning despite having a good experience the time before. It shows a lack of care on the nail tech’s part not to own up to her work, and now I have to wait until my nails grow out before I can have them redone. For reference I received a builder gel fill.

My daughter & me been going there for years It’s my first time leaving a review, because I was disappointed the last couple of times , I didn’t like how the nail techs Always jibber jabbering in their language, obviously about us ( The paying Customers) It’s rude and unprofessional !!!
Also, they never offer us anything to drink , We’ve been to other salons and they don’t even charge as much as MT Nails And we always was offered something to drink at other salons , So sorry had to leave this review not so good this time 👎 Also, I was charged a full price for hombre, but there was some imperfections And I ask for Matt And not glossy, but I ended up with Glossy..
My daughter paid 90 I paid 80 …

I had the best experience with May—she is absolutely amazing! My nails turned out even better than I imagined. She’s incredibly talented, super detail-oriented, and made the whole appointment relaxing and fun. I’m obsessed with my nails and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for flawless nails!

What a terrible experience. I am a regular and when I tried a new tech since the person who usually did my nails does not do nails anymore, it came out terrible and sloppy. And I kept saying throughout the process I don’t know about that. MT nails, it’s not always about the money. It’s about time. When someone comes to you for their nails, and u take 2 hours for a messy job, and then it’s 2 more hours to fix it, do u realize there isn’t any amount of money that could make up for this inconvenience? In addition, your rude customer service and attitude was so mean. You guys seriously are not the nail salon to go to in Clermont. Especially do NOT go for French tip.

I literally LOVE MT Nails. The owners May & Tim, they are AMAZING. Their employees are as well. I’ve been coming here to get pampered for 15 years. There’s NOT a time that I can say I’ve have a bad experience. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to come to the MT Nails and experience the relaxation and great positive vibes.

My nails looked better before I got them done.
The guy doing my toes barely even spoke to me.
I went with my friend and they started her toes about 15 minutes before me and I was done before her.
This was supposed to be for a deluxe pedicure
He cut my nails down without asking me if I wanted them and I didn’t need them cut down. He also used the callus remover without asking me.
He constantly kept getting up and walking away in the middle of my service.
He also dumbed the dead skin on me when flipping the towel and didn’t say sorry. And then when it was all said and done he just pulled the towel from under my feet and went to start on someone else.
The scrub was put on my legs and then rinsed right off.
My nails aren’t even the same length and he could’ve at least used some cuticle oil for this skin he left. Worst pedicure I have ever received. Wish I would’ve never gotten them done .
He also didn’t put my sandals back on me or say goodbye …
Never coming back here .
