First time visiting this location to pick my glasses up. The Spanish lady had gave me my glasses without whipping them off so they had dust on the frame and she didn’t even make sure they fit properly on my face. As soon as I walk out the door I realize the glasses lenses was not what I ask for they was for reading not distance. So I told the Spanish lady and it’s like she didn’t even listen to what I was telling her.

I came to pick up my glasses and had a bad experience, I vowed to NEVER come back again BUT I needed to come back due to the fact I could not use them properly....I was now blessed with the AWSOME help of Adriana and Im happy to say that because of her I will be returning.....She Was The Best I've Encountered In Years.....Very Patient with me tooBaronica

I have always had issues with this place from the first time i went. Ive given them a try the second time and thats when i decided to never come back for my stuff.My roommate still goes there and every year its always an issue with them billing his primary insurance cuz i have him on mine as secondary but each year I have to tell them to bill his primary and not involve mine becuase its for when he needs a back up of glasses if he needs it. Today they did it again and charged a copay and for the test (both things he never pays with his insurance....hence they billed MY insurance even after i said not to).They dont care about their customers they only care about charging them one way or another.

I’m super disappointed how this office staff treats people I was only a few minutes late to my appointment yesterday of my two kids and they missed school to go to and the guy name Josh didn’t care didn’t even try to help me I also went elsewhere to get their eye exam done and they couldn’t see them because this office had an authorization when they didn’t even see my kids and when I called the girl name Adriana sounded like she laughed when I asked to cancel the authorization she laughed and was not professional don’t waste your time here.my kids missed school two days because of them

My experience is very good the doctor she is amazing spend time with you and make sure you are happy and she takes her time the person before the doctor that get you ready he is really nice and every question you ask him if he could answer it he'll tell you he'll take his time with you and that is amazing the rest of the team are very nice people I have no complaints except good words thank you whatsoever I never good and took their time that's why I have five star if I could give more I could would give more

Went to MyEyeDr for the first time today. I walked in and was greeted right away. I waited no longer than 10 minutes before they took me back to the exam rooms. The assistant was very pleasant and professional (explaining everything she was doing). Dr. Patel came in and did a thorough exam, and I was very pleased with her. Then I was taken to the front to pick out my glasses and I was greeted by Adriana and she was amazing. She was so professional and helpfull( I will definitely ask for her again). Overall, I had a wonderful experience there and would highly recommend this establishment.

Horrible, made an appointment for my son got a text saying see you tomorrow, he goes in and they state the appointment was never confirmed. Excuse me. Go somewhere else.

My glasses has been delayed from 2 to 3 weeks I ask for refund they can do it in my credit card on the spot but they choose the longer way to send me a check. It has been five weeks. I haven’t received my money yet. I called several times all what I get different lies every time.

The reviews are exactly what is stated and not the ones fudged up.I never had a opportunity to see the Doctor for the first appointment was totally my fault my appointment was 11:15am and I was in route and called at that time and the Manger(gentleman) stated Doctor had already gone to lunch and rescheduled for 4:30pm when I arrived at 4:28pm he said the doctor was gone and he said 4:15pm is what he said . Not to argue I know he did not but I will say from what the reviews say and seeing them when I did get in the reviews are totally correct. They just need to get their business correct and run it in a professional and caring manner.God bless the entire company and prayers are definitely lifted to eventually get some order and professional help.

I was there in July and I wanted contacts but my appointment was just for glasses so the person who helps you for frames told me that they were running a special for $89. They wouldn’t use my insurance and save it for contacts appointment. Hi, go there today and they’re telling me my whole appointment is out-of-pocket and I’m asking them why and they’re telling me that because my insurance was used last time which it wasn’t supposed to be. Telling me that my insurance only covers lenses which isn’t true. They cover lenses, frames and the appointment so I only would’ve had to pay the extra for image of the eye exam. I spent $100 out-of-pocket and they use all my insurance.

Just don't go here. They didn't tell my husband that there were two options for disposable lenses and sold him the more uncomfortable lenses in the process. I was offered the best kind of disposables at my first visit, which is how he found out. They didn't have me try on my contacts at all before I walked out the door. I drove home with extremely limited vision because of the drops. Hmmm...

Some of the office staff very rude. I went to pick up my new glasses , was given them to fit by the front desk clerk. No assistance was given with the fitting and delivery of the product
