I scheduled an oil change for my Jeep and I called ahead of time requesting a shuttle pick up and drop off. When I get there, the guy told me that they stopped doing shuttles for oil changes. The reason was because it takes less than an hour. However it took 2.5 hrs. I thought that was unprofessional on their part.

Had an appointment to view and possibly purchase a truck. Multiple emails and texts confirming verifiying and reminding, roughly once a day for them to send it through auction.
Feels like classic bait and switch.

Hands down Alex from the service department is the best customer service person, excluding Fernado who is no longer there, around. Diligent, works around difficult warranties, protects you from the big guys (MOPAR) as best as he can and is true to customer service as difficult as it is these days. Napleton has a true GEM.

Scammers. Don't hold up to their word. Don't return phone calls. Sell you a bill of goods without being truthful. Took our car we bought there for it's first oil change and they drained the transmission fluid and poured 5 quarts of oil into the engine and let me drive it off the lot!! They don't listen to their customers unless it's a nice review. Even if you are patient and understanding. I would never ever buy a vehicle from them.

Process was not what i expected, i expected sleazy salespeople and got the opposite. Jason Rambisoon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. No pressure at all. He was very patient seeing as i wasnt even sure which car i wanted. He showed me every car i wanted to look at and even took me for a couple test drives to compare them. I highly recommend asking for Jason if you are looking for new wheels. This guy doesnt beat around the bush and gives it straight. I'll be back when im ready to add another to the collection.
